Software and graphics are very outdated,it's better if you pay extra for the online version but you are then paying the same amount as you would to one of the big companies.
I returned the product and recieved a full refund after being constantly hounded to change my review.
I have now given this a three star review as the company will not leave me alone.

As you stated, the graphics on the paid version are better than the free of charge version.
We dealt with your return request promptly and refunded you straight away. You said that you would consider removing the review, when you received a full refund.
We refunded you before sending the few polite and reasonable emails that you subsequently ignored. As I explained in one of those emails, we work really hard to maintain our excellent relationships and reputation so sending a couple of emails to follow up on your experience with us is hardly "hounding". It's just good customer service.

Didn't tell me how much postage was till I put card details in. Then charged £8 postage for a pack of CMR's.
