Delayed order confirmation

The goods were packaged very nicely, but one plate was broken, it's a pity they didn't send me a new one.

And I had to wait a whole week for the order confirmation, but no one contacted me. I had to reach out to customer support myself to find out if the order would be delivered.

But I was pleased with the feedback and they quickly returned my money.

Everything perfect

Everything perfect. Delivery to Germany within some days and transparent ordering process. Tableware was carefully packed and nicely decorated.
