Easy to order and excellent value for money. I would have given five stars but for the poor delivery service, which unfortunately was beyond their control. Fedex gave me a delivery window so I waited in but they didn't turn up. A complete waste of four hours. The item was eventually delivered sometime later in the day.

Great customer service and a great product
I spent around £120 on a new bat and unfortunately it didn't quite meet my expectations regards the way the bat actually 'played' if that makes sense, and after contacting Stefan from this company he was able to offer me a solution whereby the blade was changed and I am now totally happy with the bat that I've now got. Excellent customer service and a great product, even though I had issues at the start, Stefan managed to sort everything out for me to a very suitable resolution. I would definitely use this company again.

Dear Colin, I'm sorry to hear about your complaint, you ordered a Waldner Ultra Carbon blade where you do not like the feeling and sound. You did not mention anything about these rubbers before. We cut them with a cutting machine and never get complaints about this, when it is done with this machine. We granted you a 40% discount on a new blade to help you out, unfortunatly this is not what you wanted. We are happy to look for a solution, but after our email you placed this review directly without contacting us for a second time.
Don't go anywhere else!
My go to for all things table tennis.
Be aware of stock levels before you order as the wait can be a week or 2 sometimes.
Prices are always good and well worth the wait if stock is limited.
