I bought an e-ink tablet from this company about 2 months ago now. It has arrived and in good condition.
The tablet did not arrive with a FISCAL Receipt (or any receipt for that matter). I have been chasing since via e-mails and on their chat, however no one replies. I really need this so I could get a refund.
As I am in a different country altogether, I am putting off calling via phone as I don't want a costly bill.
Avoid this company at all costs. Because your product will NOT be delivered and they will NOT answer your emails. I bought a stylus and despite numerous emails I never got a response. It is highway robbery they take your money and you will never see your product.
Ordered a stand for a mobile studio pro, which was listed as "directly available", after 3 weeks it still had not been shipped, and my emails asking for status updates have been ignored. When I called, I was told "the product is not in stock, we can't do anything." Asked to cancel the order, which also still hasn't happened. I'm not sure I'll see my money again. Avoid this store.

I had a really good experience with the site, I bought a cintiq 22hd for a few hundred less than any other website, and it was delivered to the UK free of charge.
My only gripe was with the tracking / delivery company, who were not transparent about when the package would actually arrive, and as a result I was out of the house the first time delivery was attempted.
The tablet itself is great, top quality, no damage etc. Would recommend to anybody.
