So i ordered from these after an enquiry for a specific request. They were very good at communicating over email and once they understood my request, i paid the invoice. the speed in which i recieved the item was amazing. it had been created and sent the same day! i will 100% be using them again for bespoke fabric needs. thanks Qas!

Worst experience ever, very unprofessional. Paid extra to have the products sent in 2 days, after 2 days chased them on email, only then they sent the products. Of course. Products arrived late and now they are telling me that I can't return it, basically I have no right as a costumers.

Ordered a Exhibition Tablecloth online. Can't speak for the quality but spoke with Yamam afterwards who was extremely helpful when it comes to moving files and went over and above to help us.

Fantastic customer service!

Initially the wrong product was mistakenly sent to me. One phone call and the company apologised and sent out the correct order. This is a bound table protector and is really good quality . Exactly what I wanted. Customer service was absolutely excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Above and behond, there customer service is second to none, I ordered a made to measure table cloth for our very large table, after placing the order I noticed they did an oilcloth version which is wipe clean and water resistant. I spoke to a lady called Rami, she changed my order in an instant and to top it all the table cloth arrived in three days and the quality is second to none and gone are the worries of any spills spoiling the table cloth, great service all round and thank you very much.

An absolutely first class company. Ordered 2 tablecloths, paid a little extra for a 4 working day delivery,order was delivered within 2 working days. Tablecloths are excellent quality,perfectly made to our measurements..So good we have ordered another one. Many thanks Direct Linen.

Tried at several attempts to get samples, using their online form & by direct email, requests were acknowledged but still no samples have arrived. So have emailed to let them know I am not happy, they have lost my custom & I will the leaving a negative review

Excellent tablecloths, really vaste range of fabrics, colours for every occasion and every size. It could be found a good solution for every size of table.

Direct linen has helped me and my business no end. Due to a customer error, I needed 50 printed tablecloths in 6 days notice. After speaking with 3 other companies they told me this would not be possible but I called Direct Linen and asked if this would be possible. I spoke with Rami and he assured me it would not be a problem, I was very surprised with how pleasant and efficient this company is. Exceptional customer service and incomparable quality. 11/10.

I bought a large quantity of tablecloths from Direct Linen for dance events that I organise. The service was excellent and efficient. The material is great quality and washes really nicely, a big bonus was that I never have to iron any of them. Fabulous!!
