I have been religiously buying their swimwear since 2022 and the dresses they started offering are absolutely fantastic! The customer service is super responsive, quality is unmatched, and everything I bought is super flattering. They have 100% earned my loyalty.

Let me start by saying that I seldom write reviews. This time thought I felt obliged to do so because this are the best bathing suits I have found . They are also true to size and just as pictured, you will not be disappointed with the purchase. I have one of each color of thr model that I like.

I ordered bathers but they were extra long. Company then said they wouldn’t exchange sizes due to being international yet sent it internationally.

I should have listened to the reviews. If you receive a defective item, their “return policy” is not what it appears to be.

I received a swimsuit that arrived damaged (visible cuts/defects). I immediately documented the damage and contacted the company. Instead of simply accepting the return, they tried to make me pay return shipping for a faulty product and kept adding unnecessary requirements that dragged the process out.

They claimed they were “willing to work with me,” but their actions said otherwise. I provided photos, proof of purchase, and even posted evidence of the damage. They told me they would “review and follow up with a resolution” they never did. Once they won a chargeback, they completely stopped communicating and still never offered to take the item back.

If this were a company with integrity, a defective product would have been refunded immediately. Instead, it felt like the process was intentionally made confusing and slow so they wouldn’t have to help.

If you’re considering ordering, read the reviews carefully especially about returns. If something goes wrong, don’t expect support. I will never purchase from this company again and am filing formal consumer complaints so others are aware.

MY REPLY to their recent statement:
All of the time spent responding to my complaint across multiple platforms could have been used to simply issue a refund for a defective product.

To correct the record: this was not reported “months later.” The swimsuit was purchased and delivered in September. I reported that it was defective shortly after receiving it, followed up again in October, and only filed a chargeback in November after it became clear I was being asked to pay return shipping for a damaged item and no resolution was being offered.

Whether the conversation continued over time does not change the underlying fact: the product was defective upon receipt. A defective item does not become acceptable based on timing.

I provided documentation of the damage to my bank, including photos. The issue is not lack of documentation it is that your company refused to refund a faulty product unless I absorbed additional costs. Even now, despite responding publicly, you have still not offered a refund or accepted a return.

There are multiple reviews describing similar issues with returns, which is why I am leaving this review to warn other customers. This is not about policy language it is about accountability. A company acting in good faith would have resolved this immediately.

I have purchased several items from TA3 and each one is incredibly high quality and helps me feel at peak confidence! For my budget, these are investment pieces (even when they are on sale), so I do my research before purchasing. It is important to know that their garments are made for shaping, which means they can be difficult to get into, and often not graceful to get out of (ahem, you may not want an audience if undressing on date night). I think the trickiest thing is finding the correct size for your specific body, which can change depending on how each item is made. If you’re between sizes, size up because you can generally cinch it tighter as needed. In one dress, size large fit me beautifully. For a different style dress, I needed a size medium because of how the bust was constructed, and in another less restrictive style I preferred a size small. Look at the size charts but also read the reviews for each item. People share photos and info about their body measurements and size preferences to help you make the decision. If you’re not sure, reach out to their customer service for advice before purchasing. If you buy something on “final sale”, you’re getting a great deal but likely cannot return or exchange. They are very clear about this. The customer service is top notch and they may make exceptions for certain cases. Highly recommended!

I have tried all the shape wear and hyped up bra brands for years! The moment I found TA3, I never went back! The clothing has built in shapewear - shapewear that is a thousand times better than other well known shapewear only brands! Wearing shapewear plus clothing is uncomfortable and impossible to adjust as you eat dinner on your date night! But with TA3, true to its amazing name and philosophy ("EAT"!!), it supports me at all hours of the date night! It is also better than any push up bra you could ever ask for. I don't know how they do it but the fabric is super sturdy while still being comfortable! I am assuming the comfort also comes from the knowledge and the ability that I can adjust the cinching any time I want! I EXCLUSIVELY wear TA3 on our date nights. The dresses make your body like the one you have always dreamed of having! I get so many compliments, it is crazy! Last year, I met Carey Elwes, the love of my teenage self, and I chose a TA3 number and it amazed everyone there and I felt confident meeting him! (He was incredibly sweet!!!) I felt the most put together out of the hundreds lined up to meet him! I showed my before and after to my kids and my 12 year old son ACTUALLY pointed to both pictures back and forth and asked in confusion: "What happened here, mom?" It was that different! The swimsuits (diving suits are my favorite) make you feel like a goddess like nobody's business. I have recommended this brand to every single woman I know. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful the way this brand makes me feel! They need to know that the body they have always wanted is already theirs!! I know they are expensive but they do a lot of amazing sales and you can score a deal. But honestly I have bought many pieces at full price because it is so incredibly worth it. Thank you so much, TA3, for supporting us women the exact way we needed!

No returns at all! Even though they say you can return within 21 days, I tried to return a Christmas gift for my daughter, but they wouldn’t let me. I contacted customer service since I followed the size chart criteria to order for my order and wasn’t really interested in having my money back. They didn’t even consider a size change! Around $200 to the trash, never again!

Love the products. Does what it says and more. Delivery and customer service is excellent. I've recommended to my friends who have complimented me on every TA3 clothing that I wear. I look and feel amazing in their clothes.

I live in Australia and saw these magical swimsuits online. They were not available in Australia until last year. As soon as they became available I started to purchase many items. So far I have tops, pants, bathers and a dress. I love all of them. Everything is so sexy and makes me feel very confident. Size guide was perfect for me.

Excellent customer service. I had a question that took some research to answer and they delivered. The clothes are thoughtfully made and I feel stylish and beautiful wearing them.

I ordered the sleeveless surfy sapphire on sale. It is the best purchase I ever made. The bathing suit is very flattering and hugs my body in all the right places. The material is of high-quality. The cut elongates my legs. I can’t wait for them to replenish their stock because I will buy another one for sure.

I’ve purchased multiple swimsuits from this shop and LOVE THEM. I just received my first dress for Xmas as well. They are very helpful and friendly. It’s a small business and they run it well with great quality products and excellent assistance when needed.

I’m very thankful that customer service was willing to hear me out on making an exception to their policy to allow me to make an exchange. I had some extenuating circumstances that they listened to and worked with me on. I really appreciate how responsive and helpful the customer service rep was throughout my experience. TA3 has products I love, and they represent their products well to guarantee customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company. I’ll be a customer for life!

I have order 4 tops from this company and I am satisfied with all of my purchases except the red top but I do feel it has more pros than cons. I do like the tops that have the strings in the back better than the ones that don't but overall I love my tops. I'm just waiting on the right moment to buy more. I do size down one size to give myself the more sculpted looked but anywho if you need any pointers for plus size I'm your girl.

TA3 swim is a great company that produces amazing quality dresses and swim. I bought 2 shaping dresses and was blown away by the quality and structure of the dresses. I don’t know how I lived without these dresses. I’m a customer forever!

I have purchased several things from TA3 and the customer service is always good, I always make sure to snag some products during their Black Friday sale and their customer service has only been friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this company for purchasing products, their products are always high quality

Beautiful swimsuit. I love the way it shapes me and the little detailed piece in the middle. I’m 5’2 132lbs and I got a medium which fits great. Did not need to get a short, the regular fits great.

Bathing suit was beautiful, fits well and I’m in love. Was my first purchase and will definitely be buying more in the future. I got the surfy boy shortie in a size 2XL and I’m usually a 14-16 in dresses.

Love TA3. Have 3 different style bathing suits. I got a L in zip up. Fits 32g bust. medium would ideal for my 30w 40hip but L works fine with the cinching ties. 👌
