New users can be banned unfairly and support doesn’t respond

I tried to register on t6forum.com to join discussions about Volkswagen Transporter T6. After submitting the registration form, I received a message saying that my account must be approved by an administrator. A few hours later, I found out that I was permanently banned with the reason “spam,” even though I never posted or sent anything.

I contacted the forum via the support form and direct email, but never received any response. This left a very negative impression — it seems new users can be banned automatically or by mistake, and there is no way to clarify or appeal it.
