Have ordered a few time for T2 and their products are amazing. They are a bit slow on the shipping but that could be due to current COVID crisis. I did order something that arrived damaged however I put in a customer services request online (as they don’t have a number) but I got a response with in 24 hours - Brand a new item was shipped immediately after I sent proof of damage. So great customer services from Esther and great products. Would recommend.

My friends ordered me some lovely gifts for my birthday and the item came. However, a second box has come.
I have tried contacting the company for return details, it's been a month no reply. I went in store, they would not accept the return. The lady was very rude and just parred me off with no real solution. I really do love the company and products, however the level of service have been really poor. I am very concerned that my friends are could potential be out of pocket.
I have paid for returning the item, even though I feel I shouldn't need to. There has been no refund, nothing. I am shocked by this. Trading standards have been contacted in regards to this.
Awful all around
Awful all around. Service, quality and especially the packaging which was almost impossible to open.
No delivery, no support, no refund.
Placed two orders back in May which took a while to arrive but were mostly fine. One was a gift, for which the gift label was entirely missing, which was frustrating but not the end of the world.
Then I placed a third order. Email confirmed dispatched. Nothing arrived. Unlike the previous two orders, I got no courier receipt confirmation email, but the order is listed as "Complete" on my account.
Thus far I've sent two (spaced apart) emails to support, and tried contacting on social media as there are no options for telephone support (or addresses other than their Head Office in Australia). I've not heard sight nor sound from anyone. Not even a "Sorry, can't help you" from the social media staff.
I cannot in any conscience recommend using this company's online service. If it works, it works (eventually), but if it doesn't you've lost your money with apparently no recourse. Purchasing items should NOT be a game of roulette. I am absolutely appalled at the way this company is conducting itself, and am strongly considering reporting them to a trading standards authority (particularly given that I appear not to be alone).
Amazing service
I ordered from T3 a few tiles, most recently last week in their sale. Yes they took a while to arrive but with corona I understand that. I asked for gift wrap and they came nicely wrapped. The items were beautiful and I was very happy with the service. Will buy again
Positive experience with T2
Never written a review before but just wanted to share my experience. I haven't had a problem with T2 (UK online shop) in the past so was excited to see the summer sale and I made two, large orders 8 days ago. However, then I came on Trustpilot and I started to regret my decision and was worried they'd never arrive.
Happy to say, both parcels have now arrived and everything is wrapped well and the teaware looks great. Considering delays re Covid-19 I've been impressed with how quickly the orders came. Only thing lacking was the gift wrapping but really not the end of the world, all things considered, and I hadn't actually paid for it as I signed up to the Tea Society.

So disappointed!!! I will never purchase online again and wouldn’t advise anyone else to. Purchased two gifts. Asked for a message and gift wrap. Not only did they take an age to arrive, but neither were gift wrapped and the birthday message was written on the invoice!!
Absolutely diabolical. When you shop in store, they are amazing (Meadowhall, Sheffield) and I have bought many times because of the excellent service you receive. Shop online and it’s a completely different story. I am so angry right now because I’ve paid a lot of money and feel I’ve been let down badly. Now I have to go out and buy nice boxes and gift wrap and the gifts are already late. Do not use online!!!
No service for online order and no one to contact
I placed an online order three weeks ago. Of course the company was happy to take my money and the delivery did arrive a few days later. The problem was that they have not packed what I ordered. I then emailed back through the website and order email to explain that they have got the order wrong. No reply for a week. I then emailed again - no replay three days later. Frustrated I rang a store and then said that the product is an online only product and needs sorting out with heard office. I asked how long they thought was reasonable to receive a reply in and they said two weeks!!! I waited for two weeks and nothing.
I then rang the store back and spoke to the store manager, all they could do was send another email to heard office (4th one!) and wait. It is now three days later and nothing. The order was for my mums birthday which has now long gone and I feel very frustrated. I have a product sitting at home I don't want and still no news.
VERY BAD SERVICE AND NO ONE TO CALL TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE STILL...
Worst CS Ever
Fine until you have an issue with your order and want to return faulty items. I ordered a teapot with water marks inside and potential cracked spout, and two tea infusers that don't perform as intended and are useless. I've contacted twice via their online form, via Twitter and Instagram comments and DMs. Had a response that didn't even read my message properly over a week later, I responded back and now playing the waiting game again. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. The epitome of being absolutely useless.
Never received tea
I ordered 4 different teas from their website and have yet to received them. I have tried several times to email them and no reply back. This is the worst company I have dealt with and will never order anything from them again !! T2 please learn to have better customer service.
My online order was not received
My online order was not received. Something was wrong with it having an incorrect or incomplete address.
The biggest problem is trying to contact them for a refund or any information.
The only way to contact them is by submitting on their website, there is no phone # for USA, only Australia. Reply to my submitted request has been unreasonably long.
My advise is don't order online - go to a store if you can - the tea is great!
Fabulous tea and tea sets...
My partner and I are 2/2 in terms of ordering from T2 and receiving our orders exactly as described and in record time. To be clear, we ordered from the UK website, so our experience may not ring true around the world.
I honestly considered not ordering from T2 based on the Trustpilot reviews. I'm grateful that I eventually did order from them because I couldn't be happier, especially with the ongoing sale.
A word of caution, if you are concerned about artificial ingredients in your tea or carbohydrate counts, please check the ingredients diligently. I was struck by how many unnamed artificial ingredients there are in the teas that we sampled.
Just shocking online service
I have been a customer of T2 for years but never ever will I buy from them again. I bought tea online which was loose leaf , and I needed to exchange for tea bags. My purchase was end April and despite several emails, I’ve heard nothing back to resolve this. I’m so disgusted by the clear lack of care. Goodbye T2.

The teas are divine and I love the brew tools (and am slowly replacing all my teawares to T2). The company is B-Corp certified which gives me great joy as a customer.
All my big orders have been fine, and I've been allowing a few extra days to ship due to Covid-19. Thank you T2!

Ordered over $300 worth of Tea on the 2nd May Contact them 8th may wondering where it is no response email again 10th of may no response email again 13 May no response , tried calling cannot get through , no tracking number on my order even though it says there is one in the email I was sent.
Going to have to reverse payment on my credit card and will never order again

There are better tea companies out there. Customer service is very poor online, close to none existent.
Fantastic company, delicious Tea and gorgeous teaware
Had great customer service quite a few times when a order had to be adjusted etc there response was quick and efficient and then my items were sent promptly and well packaged.
Now I must mention the tea's are amazing and delicious and I have bought for other people there teapots,cups,tea etc and have them hooked on T2 now.
I will continue to buy from and enjoy 👍
Terrible customer service
Completely incorrect order after spending over $100.00. Received someone else’s order. No response after two weeks. As other reviews show, T2’s online store is very unreliable. If (when!) they get your order wrong they will simply ignore you when you try to contact them. Not worth the risk, shop elsewhere.
Missing order. Scam company?
I ordered $81 on 6th April and I haven't heard anything, money has come out of my PayPal account but I have no confirmation of order and no tea has arrived.
Still haven't got anything!
Has anyone managed to order Tea and get it delivered. I ordered $81 on the 8th April, my money went out of my account, but still no tea or email explaining where it is! Beware buying for Mother's Day!
