Incorrect delivery address

I placed an order for Christmas gifts and confirmed 2 delivery addresses as options close to where I live. I received a notification that the delivery was done in another town no where close to where I live with no option for me to collect the parcel as I do not have a vehicle. This for me is not acceptable. I am not sure if this if the supplier or the delivery company that messed this up. I expect a refund or a delivery at the address/s that were mentioned and before Christmas please!

lack of communication.

3 stars due to lack of communication.
On 27 may I placed an order.
31 may I e-mail to kundeservice about an update.
3 june still no info about my order.
Maybe I can solve it here..

Qood quality and price

I was a little skeptical when I ordered the merino socks, but I was pleasantly surprised when I wore them. Very good price and quality.
