Great value! Excellent communication and ease of ordering. Royal mail is a bit slow with deliveries but worth the wait for a product couldn't find elsewhere to buy. Would recommend and use again.

Definitely will not be making further…

Definitely will not be making further purchases here. The owner Trevor is very rude to customers. I simply asked if he could a better price if i bulk buy all 38 flavours and received a very rude and unprofessional response. I would not recommend T Nutrition on the back of this. The delivery was straight forward with no issues there but my god the owner needs an attitude check.

OWNER
Amit are you for real?
They cost me £1.12 a sachet?
I have to keep the lights on and employees paid and not unemployed? And business rates paid? And rent paid?

And you are saying you want them at £1.20+/- and not £2?

So I can only make £0.08 in your mind and not the £0.88 I need to make to justify the service?

Let me know because if this is the opinion of the English public I will genuinely refer this to Per4m and ask them about considering the option of folding?! Bearing in mind we are their biggest independent client in the U.K.

MY REPLY—
Hi Trevor,

Thanks for clarifying your costs.

I was simply asking whether you offered a bulk discount for purchasing all 38 remaining flavours. Bulk discounts are common, so I do not think it was unreasonable to ask. The £1–£1.20 figure was only a suggestion from a customer who had no knowledge of your wholesale cost, not a demand that you sell at an unsustainable margin.

Had you explained politely that £2 per sachet was already your best price, I would have understood. However, the tone of your response — including “are you for real?” and the suggestion that my enquiry could cause you to consider folding the business — was unnecessarily confrontational and disproportionate to a straightforward pricing question.

I was considering purchasing the full selection and then ordering larger tubs of the flavours I preferred, which could have resulted in repeat business. Unfortunately, based on the way this enquiry has been handled, I will not be making any further purchases.

There was no need to speak to a paying customer in that manner. I asked a question; you were free to decline.

OWNER REPLIED:
It’s ok we don’t want customers like you anyway, some of you are all the same you want everything for nothing delivered for free same day and try and take the piss, how dare you try tell me what price you will pay it’s not how it works its so disrespectful.
Personally I think your actions are embarrassing asking for discount on a £2 sachet, how do you think that reflects on you?

UPDATE MESSAGE:
My point exactly. I think you’re the one who’s embarrassed yourself here. I’m genuinely surprised you’re still in business.

You need to humble yourself. Customers are the reason your business exists, and treating them with disrespect is never a good look.

I won’t waste my time entertaining your ego or pride, but other people will read this. Judging by your other reviews, I’m clearly not the only customer who has found you rude and disrespectful.

As a business owner, I think you’ve done far more damage to your own reputation than anyone else could. Hopefully, this serves as a moment of reflection.

Hello Mr Patel,

I think trying to negotiate discount with ourselves on a £2 sample sachet says more about you than me or my business.

You have no right to tell us what you are willing to pay or what we should do just to please you and it is very disrespectful.

I think your actions are embarrassing and not very intelligent, a simple online search shows that the 30g Per4m Whey sachets we sell at £2 each is the cheapest price in the UK, you have zero right to email us after leaving a 3 star review for another unrelated perfect transaction (thanks for being honest) moaning that there are “too many flavours” (of Per4m Whey) and telling us you “would pay £1-£1.20” (a sachet)

to which we replied;

“Hey Amit,

I am confused sir, you can purchase sachets of 39 different Per4m flavours here;

https://www.t-nutrition.com/products/per4m-whey-advanced-protein-powder-sample-sachet

And if you order £35+ worth, it’s free shipping of course (costs me £3.80)

Just add the flavours you want to try to your basket.

We have good stock levels - over 5000 in stock.”

and then sending a further email stating;

“Because it’s not a deal price, in order to try all remaining 38 flavours i would still be paying £2 per sachet which is full price. You should do a package deal option to buy all for much cheaper. £1.50 per sachet or less is reasonable if someone is buying all the flavours.”

Your entitlement to some kind of “deal” stinks and thinking you can haggle is just plain bizzare.

I will continue to protect my business, my staff and our livelihoods against leeches like yourself every day.

Trevor.

I ordered some Beef isolate protein…

I ordered some Beef isolate protein powder. Turned up a day later than expected which ain't a problem. Tastes really nice which is a bonus. Only problem I think is the tub is bigger than it needs to be and no scoop was inside which I would have expected. Other than that, solid product from a solid team
