Enjoyed the thermal experience.Shocked how expensive it was to purchase towels and flip flops.Have to say met the rudest shop assistant ever.
I recently visited this spa hoping for a relaxing experience, but it turned into a nightmare. As someone with a disability, I was shockingly kicked out without any valid reason, and the staff and manager were extremely rude, ignorant, and completely impolite throughout the ordeal. They refused to issue a refund despite my polite requests, forcing me to file a complaint through my bank to resolve it. To top it off, the changing room was infested with cockroaches, which was utterly disgusting and put me off the entire place. Avoid this spa at all costs—it’s discriminatory, unsanitary, and poorly managed!
The place is really rundown and very unclean. No towels provided - tourists dont tend to wander round with their own towels it seems a basic provision to me.
Pretty much anywhere you cast your eye is shabby and run down. All the pools have mouldy grout, damaged tiles etc. No lock on the toilet doors. The layout is very confusing and poorly labelled.
It was chronically overcrowded. Floaty bits that looked like algae in all the pools. A very strong and unpleasant bromine sort of smell everywhere. They’d not mentioned that the largest of the 3 outdoor pools was drained for repairs so the 2 outdoor pools were like sardines in a can.
The whole place gave us the ick so much we left within an hour of arriving. Disgraceful they are charging 42 euros entry to a place that is far worse than any council leisure centre I have visited.
The indoor pools are not cleaned. The water is filled by death skin cells, and dirt floating among People. It's pricy, and not what we expected, after paying a lot of money to enter the pools and buying expensive towels and slippers.
I bought my ticket at the place. They have self help machines. The first Maschine Didn't print my ticket. Even though I could show the money had been reserved at my bank statement I had to buy a new ticket.
I got a mail address by the manager Alföldi I could write to, to get my money back. The mail adresse didnt work, I therefore contacted them by their website. Even though the money has been payed twice they can't help me (I send the date, time and last four digits of my credit card). I have now payed two times 30 euros to visit a very old and worn out termal bath. Unprofessional and really poor service.
Although the baths are ok, they are too crowded.
They lied to us at the entrance: We bought tickets for the incorrect day (next week), and when we arrived there they said that there was no problem, we could send an email to have a refund, but then via email they told us that that wasn’t going to happen because they have a no cancellation policy. We felt like they didn’t want to deal with us so they just told us what we wanted to hear to avoid the problem where we were there
Don’t waste your time nor money! Horrible experience and Deputy Manager Alföldi won’t help you at all.
- Several missing and loose floor tiles and a broken pool plastic drain which could cause major injuries
- Poor signaling makes it difficult to navigate the area
- No proper showers to rinse and area to get ready before leaving
- ‘Out or Order’ facilities which were not communicated about beforehand
- Dirty robes with brown stains
- Poorly cleaned common areas and cabins full with stains and dirt
- Broken toilet cap, rubbish bin and locker on women’s toilet
- Salad bowl with fruits which were either not very fresh, not kept under proper conditions, and/or not prepared according to proper hygiene standards making my boyfriend sick and ruining our evening plans. Very greedy management who charge high prices and don’t invest in the maintenance and improvement of the business.
- All cocktails included but Long Island, which was exactly the one my boyfriend would like to have. There were no mentions about the exclusion anywhere
- Chased twice at the end by one of the staff because of towels and bath robe that we left in the cabin and returned on 2nd floor who was rude and sarcastic, despite no instructions being given about what to do with them
We want our $50,000 back for the inconvenience and lack of regard towards customers.
