Great coffee and great service. Since we moves to Spain, this is out go-to place for coffee beans.

Very good taste, although a bit expensive.

I’m just writing to say that Syra has decided to change the system of prepaid coffee and suddenly they don’t take the prepaid cards and they don’t offer to trade them for the new system.
More over, when I ask for the hoja de reclamaciones, they say they don’t know what it is. I have decided not to denounce to the OCU but they should train better their employees

You cannot even use the gift cards in physical stores.. waste of money if you ask me. Fix this!

Good quality coffee beans, excellent order and delivery experience.

I popped in by Plaza del Ayuntamiento in Valencia and Alex served me probably the best cappuccino I´ve ever tried. Simply perfect. Also the triple chocolate cookie was delicious.

I have been a customer of Syra Coffee for a long time (years) I have never had a bad experience or cause to complain, The coffees are wonderful. If William Shakespeare was a customer he would I am sure wrote endless Sonnets in their praise.,,,, in fact.....

I always had a very good cofee at Syra, and the service is fine, today though I enter the empty shop and I place my bike inside to grab a cofee and rush away. A homeless man comes inside and I move the bike for him to pass better, he asks the barista a cup of water and sugar for his coffee, he get his free items immediately, and going away he starts saying that my bike is “basura” (garbage) and he repeats it with an offensive tone few times, I don’t respond, and he verbally assaults me saying“vaffanculo”(go f*** yourself in the ass”).I’m speechless and I stay in silence to avoid dealing with possible dangerous escalation, but the barista doesn’t say anything!? I’m a paying client and I wouldn’t go back in that precise store if those behaviors from homeless, high in drugs or alcohol individuals are accepted to offend clients and are given free drinks and items. Not ok.

Oh, such a great smell and taste of after lunch, siesta coffee… what can be better than that. It’s not another starbucks, they got their own atmosphere and tradition, in contrast to those corps🤐

Lovely, little cafe for takeaway coffee! The baristas were very friendly and accommodated perfectly my lack of Spanish. I had a cappuccino with chocolate and a vegan chocolate muffin and they were both delicious! Would definitely recommend and will be itching to come back when I’m next in Madriid.

I've been a loyal customer of Syra for many years, first at Passeig de Sant Juan and now at their store in Poblenou.

Great no-nonsense, amazing coffee place. Doesn't overcharge and still has a friendly face behind the counter.

I like this coffee, and I only buy it in your stores.
But every time I ask to grind grains, I get different grind: sometimes very fine, sometimes very coarse.
But I must admit that I often get best grind.
It would be ideal if the baristas would grind the coffee properly for all types of brewing.
By the way, I am completely satisfied with the service!
