The presentation was extremely valuable and insightful, and it truly sparked a desire to learn even more. I find myself motivated to continue developing my knowledge, and I believe my next step will be to attend the academy to further enhance my skills and understanding.

Its a bit of a learning curve for me at the moment. I am launching a new website April and researching all options

An absolutely dreadful experience with them, I had an account and at the end of the first year I cancelled but they still took my money and refused to refund it.

A year or so later, I thought I would give them a go again, spent many hours writing a script to provide an explanation video to our customers. Fortunately, I've done this on the free plan and not paid significantly for an entire year.

Our scripts were rejected without any reason given, they were simply trying to explain plumbing issues.

Customer Service services is AI based and when you do get hold of a human eventually they just send you the same copy/paste that the AI system did.

I have gone through the appeals process, but without a reason provided (that they say their email gives...it does not) I have wasted hours of time on a script for no reason at all.

As an edit, I went through their "appeal" process and about 3 hours later received and email that it was "approved", went to generate the video and immediately had it rejected. Still no explanation of what the issue was and "Mac" from CS was no help as just generic details and no idea...

Very good experience, dynamic and easy to understand

Please do not get Synthesia. The personal avatar is atrocious. I paid $89 for the monthly because all the avatars looked so great. There is a reason it takes almost a day to upload the personal avatar! It was HORRIBLE quality. My avatar was shaking and the voice was screechy. They also have weird policies and restrictions. I really wish I had tried it out but didn't want to do annual and figured I'd do the monthly. Big mistake. Worst AI avatar generator I tried. If you get a monthly subscription they do not offer a refund even if you only used it for a few hours and decided it was horrible. Stay away. This is horrible, terrible and overpriced.

this company doesn’t issue refunds so think before you spend as unreasonable moderation is disruptive to your work. moderation is not reliable! waste of time and money to even pay for this! I paid and within 10 days, it keeps moderating the lessons I was creating! I won’t recommend!

It could be a good experience, but it’s not very user-friendly to try out. I wanted to experiment with video dubbing using a 7:30-minute video I uploaded. It took about 30 minutes just to get a one-minute demo back. I couldn’t even download it to my computer because it was deleted during the process. I also couldn’t enter comments without paying for a membership (even though the system offers around 37 minutes of free video).

From what I was able to hear—and keeping in mind that it’s AI-generated—the expression in the translation was only partially similar to the original. However, again, I only heard one minute. The dubbing completely replaces the original audio, so things like laughter or applause are removed.

In short, it might be a good option, but you can’t really appreciate it without paying for a membership.

If there would be only service/product that I could pick for not recommending, that would be synthesia. I spent 6 hours to create time sensitive content for my Youtube channel, my video got rejected as given reasoning was Media Reporting policy violations. My content was educational, it did not have any claim as media agency. My experience with agent EVAN was horrible. I only received copy-paste messages that took 10min avg to get response. Even though I tried to explain my self it was never understood and overlooked. There was no explanation for what is causing violation. The answer I got from the agent was upgrade your membership to enterprise account and use personal avatar. I accepted avatar but denied having enterprise account as I was using for personal. Terrible feeling waste of time, opportunity and money. Dont fall for them, just do quick genai search you will find better options

Great product, and the team was so helpful during onboarding. Last Friday, I joined a webinar about using voices with Synthesia, and the speaker, Lousine, did a really great job presenting and sharing knowledge, besides just being a charming person. I will definitely join other webinars so I don't miss any tricks.

All of the trainers are always engaged interacting the participants and responding to chats and questions. If there is ever feedback they don't brush it off or try to overlay it with all of the other wonderful things; they recognize the challenges and let us know that that is something worth noting or being addressed.

There was a lot of really helpful information for a beginner!

The training presenter was very natural and personable. Not at all like attending a strict college lecture. All her support people were on board to quickly answer questions and provide good feedback. Very engaging and informative. Also, this was a training session that didn't go on into infinity, to where we forgot more than half of what we learned.

They were dishonest from the beginning about the credits rolling over. There are massive limitations for this platform including the following: facial features do not match the words, you are limited to 30 second videos, and the credits barely allow for one video a month. They also continue to charge after cancellation. There are better AI programs out there

The avatar looks very fake, like an old videogame.

All started really well. Tried to create my free Santa video. Said 5-10 minutes but after an hour of waiting at 99% I never received it! Really disappointed as wanted to send it to my grandchildren before their bedtime.
