Ordered a size 10, got sent a size 9.
Sent back with Royal Mail tracked as requested by the seller. Just checked the tracking and it says Royal Mail have been asked to not deliver to the address it was sent to (provided by the seller) so it’s stuck in a Royal Mail warehouse somewhere. Not very good…

Happy with my order good service as well! Paid for quicker delivery but took longer as of the Royal Mail strikes but was refunded part of the delivery fee back after I explained the situation with the seller! Would definitely recommend to others and will be ordering again 👍🏼
