Second experience with Synlab, this time an Antigen (Rapid Lateral flow) test at the Rego, Lisbon unit.

I had booked the test via the Synlab app and the bureaucratic process at the unit was a lot faster than last time, less than 5 minutes. However, a previous booking simply disappeared from the app/site without any explanation and I had to book a second time.

The staff on site were okay, but I can't say they were friendly, just okay. There was a queue, despite the online booking, and the whole testing process took around 20 minutes.

The results were emailed around 40 minutes later with a translation for several languages again, apart from being also available on the Synlab app.

The price (25€) is, once again, more expensive than other labs or pharmacies.

Booked a pre-flight test with Synlab Porto to travel to the UK for Christmas - got the result on the same day just not within 2 hours as they said it would be, I had to call them asking if anything was wrong and apparently they forgot to validate the result or something but overall very pleased with their services, will definitely use it again. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service.
