These people scam you
These people scam you . I bought a 2021 Mercedes c300e with the description only stating ( roof damage ) there
Was a slight scratch on the roof when it arrived. 6 months later and 7 garages it’s been too I got down to the point where the hybrid battery got replaced costing £5000 then the garage rang to say the engine is knocking badly when they eventually got it started so I’m guessing this is going to cost the same amount as the battery . You’ve basically sold me the worst car possible in the world and best thing is it’s worth £18,000 private sale and I already have £19,500 in this car now with the engine sorting . Major loss to me and time will not be using this site again . Absolute joke

The wrong item was delivered poor customer resolution and service
The wrong item was delivered you can't speak to a person on the phone it's all chat bot and unhelpful agents on live chat. Rude response from the chat agent saying they had nothing to apologise for even though they delivered the wrong item which cost £750 - the delivery driver was extremely helpful but I'd recommend avoiding this company they don't resolve issues promptly leave you without the correct part being available stating it's been misplaced and isn't available to be couried to us. We'll be raising a disputed transaction with our credit card company
Ordered a VW AMAROK hardtop canopy and got the base unit instead
Poor customer service from head office would not use again

Poor customer service …
Ordered a part for collection,3 hour round trip to find no part available. Then organised delivery of replacement. 6 days later when I enquire about delivery time was told order cancelled and refunded 3 days earlier but no communication telling me. Ordering system and communication needs to improve

Suspended new account and took money
Instantly suspended my account after I paid £90 for a yearly subscription. When i asked why, they said its because another account in my house (family member) which had a different name and billing information had a suspended account. When I sent numerous emails saying that they have nothing to do with me and asking them to be unsuspended or refunded they refused both options. They are evil thieves who try to extort their users as much as possible.
