Extremely helpful and supportive

After spending some time trying to find a solution to improve our sellers product management experience, I came across Sync Spider. I have to say, the whole team has been extremely helpful, not only has this given me the opportunity to offer a USP for my small business but the support I've received has been second to none.
I want to especially thank Ratko for all his hard work and persistence in making this as easy for me as possible. No ask was too much and Ratko always went above and beyond what I expected to receive.

Great Support Team with Great Integration Software

I am looking for ecommerce integration and my choice landed on this SyncSpider after reviewing on several websites. My first glance is that the overall layout is great. After playing with it, I found an issue with an integration of one of SyncSpider apps. But fortunately, it didn’t take long. Their team’s respond time is marvelous. They do pay attention to my problem and tried to fix it in less than 2 days’ time. I felt that the learning curve is a bit high because they have a plenty integrations and features that will help me and my business in the long run.

One of my suggestions is to add more use cases and having a forum where people who are using Syncspider can share their ideas on using it. More people with more ideas can generate to creativities.

We just got SyncSpider because we need to automate ecommerce data

We just got SyncSpider because we need to automate our ecommerce with other databases, it's really useful! We have a woocommerce store, so we previosly relied on various sync plugins to get products on google shopping, facebook etc. We are now moving to syncspider automations and deleting such plugins, it's cheaper and it works :-). It's no super easy to setup but after you understand the platform philosophy everything just works. Furthermore, they're adding integration to many Appsumo's ltds, so... great! Another useful thing for us it that it integrates with Airtable, which we extensively use for managing our information around the company. It's not so easy to find Airtable integrated in other similar products. Globally at this stage we are very satisfied. As a note, I would just like the interface and UX to be easier to manage.

Just started using this tool- it's a crazy interesting way to automate a ton of ecommerce operations. The problem with having so many clients that want me to set up all their shops is the manual work. This tool generates a ton of automated actions to save me HOURS. Really glad I found this little gem! So many features I haven't tried out yet. Looking forward to doing more.

I run an agency. Staying organized with so many clients is crucial to getting a good job done. This tools allows me to step in and run different projects with relative ease and tweak as needed. Reporting is crazy easy! Love it!

Value for Money and Is A Big Time Saver!

In the past I've used tools like Zapier, Integrately and Pabbly which are all great tools as well. Though the monthly costs of running them and the additional tasks that we had to continuously pay for especially when you go over a certain limit doesn't justify the ongoing costs. That's why I considered SyncSpider.

After signing up, I was provided with a warm welcome and their support team have been very responsive to my requests and have been helping me set up the various integrations for my business.

In addition, I really like how they are constantly improving their current integrations and adding more every month as shown on their Roadmap.

There are a few things I learnt which I hope they will eventually address is the trigger functions. Currently they only have 2 types - one through a scheduled time and the 2nd is triggered by a task within SyncSpider. If they can add another one that is triggered by the event change / update in the app it would be better - e.g. like an API trigger instead. I know I've been able to solve this issue using the Webhook function and that's worked exactly the way I expected.

Besides that, this is an awesome tool and highly recommended.

SyncSpider was the app we had been searching for all long!

SyncSpider was the app we had been searching for for years! We had been using Shopified (now known as Dropified) and then we tried using Oberlo. Neither of the 2 did everything that we needed and they had quirks and frustrations that just made our job be tedious and a pain to manage. However, they did speed up the process for us so we continued using them. Then we found out about SyncSpider and now all of our problems have been resolved. Now if we ever switch to another Print On Demand supplier who does not have a Shopify app available we can simply use SyncSpdier to take care of our orders and send them to the correct Drop Shipping companies. SyncSpider, your team is a GODSEND!! THANK YOU!!!

Slowly Replacing Zapier

It is a good alternative for anyone who starts to feel the cost heaviness of zapier. We are using Syncspider to slowly replace as much as possible from our automation stack. It is an amazing deal for the value. Easy to use has a lot of integrations already made and a lot of them on the way in their road map. Team is helpful

Promising Zapier alternative

I started using SyncSpider because I'm looking for a good Zapier alternative. This kind of tools, connecting various online apps/services/websites, are necessary if you run some online projects.

SyncSpider is at starting stage of their business, but they have clear and easy to understand interface (however it might be improved), and they also add new integrations. Many requests for their roadmap have been proposed by users. I see 684 requests at their forum and over 100 propositions are marked as planned in a roadmap, 5 in progress and dozens as done. I hope that in 1 or 2 years they will be serious alternative for Zapier.

Exactly what we have been looking for!

Overall
We have been looking for a solution to integrate our systems for a long time and we have finally found it with SyncSpider. There are so many integrations for ecommerce to help aggerate our data, optimize our workflows and finally get a better handle on our multichannel business. The options are limitless and no more trying to figure out API parameters for each vendor we use. The system was very easy to set up and compared to the other options we have explored this is by far the best solution in the marketplace. We have already saved countless hours and can finally focus on what we do best. Thank you SyncSpider!

Great for automating tasks and simplifying workflows. Big increase in productivity at an affordable pricepoint. Countless integrations and possibilities.

The missing piece in your Tool Box!

Without a doubt, SyncSpider is one of those tools that you need to have in your toolbox, especially if you are into e-commerce, where automation is a key factor.

I had been looking at Zapier and Integromat alternatives for a while now, but no matter how much I have tested, none of them convinced me, until SyncSpider appeared.

In Conclusion: If automations is something you need and you don't have another tool in the bag already, that does the same thing, then it's worth getting it for this competetive pricing and their service is also located in Austria/EU! That's just awesome for all automating-jobs that have to be done in european countries!

Forget your other tools

Forget your other tools - nice price, many integrations and even some available which i did not find in any of the other famous tools. They will even add more in the future, looking already forward to additional ones to connect even more and automate my tasks.
It saves me already quite some time and I did not even use all possibilities. It seems to be focused on ecommerce, which is exactly what I am interested in.
Support is fast, happy that I found that one and it even saves me money for other subscriptions which I can cancel now.

Overall is a good product

Overall is a good product. It takes you some time to find your way and get to know how to use it.
The ui/ux and the speed can be improved. As it is now, it gives you the impression that it is an outdated product.
Lack of documentation is another pain point. I feel that as a user needs to be bothering the support team for basic things.
In general, I think that I will continue using it as it does what is promise. However, that is are opportunities for improvement.
