Update on the scam. First tried to offer me a free deal after I canceled my order and when I asked if my money was refunded I was told yes. When I asked my card company they informed me they never recieved a thing. Thankfully I disputed the charge back when he tried to lie to me for 2 weeks straight so they were already in the process of legal action against him. Proud to say today I got my money back. Stay away from this vendor for anything.
