Installing an application and purchasing a subscription can only be done by the store owner or a staff member with appropriate permissions. The subscription for your store was selected and you had a 3-day free trial which was followed by our promotional offer that allows you to use our application for 1 USD in your first month of using our app. After this promotional period, the total monthly cost is added to your invoice. Also, the app charges are managed by the ecommerce platform your store is running on.
As for your support experience: our team aims to assist respectfully and professionally at all times. It's important to note that while we are open to helping with any issues, we expect the same level of respect in return.

Criminals they stole £30.25 from me. I never subscribed to their app. Yet they took funds.
I have complained and they rejected.
Certainly act in a fraudulent manner and I will report them.
They are faceless cowards who steal money. I have never signed up for their APP.
Avoid this company they take innocent money and are faceless.
I have never used them or even heard of them until they took money.

An expensive subscription for non-existent service and poor support
I strongly advise against this company, which advertises itself as a supplier for dropshippers. After paying a €60 monthly subscription, I was extremely disappointed with their service. Not only was my order placed 17 days ago and still hasn't been delivered, but their support team is completely unresponsive. When there is a problem, the response is non-existent, and their support team only responds with generic phrases, without any real solutions.
It is unacceptable that a company that claims to help dropshippers should demonstrate such a lack of professionalism and customer service. Not only do they not keep their promises, but they also have no consideration for the impact this can have on your reputation and sales.
If you value your business and customer satisfaction, move on and definitely do not partner with this company. Syncee is simply not viable in the dropshipping market.

Syncee is a marketplace that connects retailers with suppliers, and while we are not directly responsible for order fulfillment or shipping, we always aim to assist in resolving any issues that arise as flexible as possible. However, when a shipment is delayed due to an internal review process, even the shipping company, has no influence over the matter and may not be able to provide updates.
Our team responded to all your inquiries and did everything we could and contacted the appropriate department to seek a resolution. Ultimately, since the package was not delivered, we ensured that the full amount of your order, including shipping costs, was refunded.
We understand how frustrating this situation must have been for you, and we appreciate your patience. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email or chat.
The service is great, fast
We have been using SynceE for about 8 years now primarily for updating and adding skus on our Shopify website. Imre and the team are extremely patient and have solved any problems we've experienced.
The change in platform last year was a bit of a challenge but they answered our questions and offered solutions faster than other tech departments I've dealt with in my 20 years of e-commerce.
