This app is a much needed one. I have been able to support people without the worry of sending money. The process is fast, it literally takes very few minutes. My collateral was safely released to me after one of the borrowers repaid.
The Customer service is also excellent.

SympliFi is set up for families to help other family members. I'm a business so the wording on the website really wasn't appropriate or welcome for me.

Some of the back-office processes do not work reliably yet though the team did their best to put things right fairly quickly.

As this company grows and irons out its teething problems, I'm confident it will grow from a three-star organisation to a five-star organisation.
