Signed up with Symple Lending Dec 2025, handed over 6 accounts for negotiation. Sales rep Derek Poirier was attentive, convincing and informative. For attentive now read pushy. However, contracts are with companies called Clear One Advantage and Global Holdings (CO/GH) and they are not providing a service in line with the sales rhetoric or how I understood the contracts would work. I was told by Poirier: in 3-5 months accounts will be settled & monthly payment to CO/GH would reduce substantially from $790 with each settlement achieved; told my credit score might drop by 50-60 points but it would increase again as accounts are settled; told average reduction negotiated on owed on cards 30-40%; told I would have a personal representative to talk to all the time the account is being managed. ACTUALITY: 30Apr26 (almost 6m into contract): in Feb 27 one card settled; from GO statement saving is $280 (10%); no reduction in monthly payment; couldn't access account for first three months; account help is always AI and leaving messages, never spoken to an actual person except to resolve access to portal issue. NOTE to anyone considering this company: the charges are around $3000 for every account settled, paid out of the accumulated sum paid to them monthly, in my case $824.74 and an interest rate on everything owed to Global One is 29%. I was persuaded after lengthy discussions with Poirier to hand over for settlement an account with an APR of just 14% with a justification presented in figures that the negotiated savings would be 30-40% ultimately giving me a saving. THIS IS NOT THE CASE: I handed over an account at $10,794; by the time they negotiated a settlement delinquency charges had raised the account to $12,410, the negotiated settlement was $9119, an actual saving to me from the account as handed over is 10%; the charge is $3011 plus I now pay 29% on the $9119 and I have paid $3011 in fees out of the monthly amount they have accumulated. Currently I have paid them $824.74 a month (5 months) $4123.70; It appears to me that the monthly amount paid is accumulated by them and used solely to pay their fees for each closure achieved. The other 5 accounts have not been settled, and each one has accumulated delinquency charges and is now over $1000 higher than when handed over, (ie I am now a further $5000 in debt. I rang each card company last week and each say there is no record of negotiations taking place. My credit is busted for my lifetime, beyond repair - in Dec 25 it was 720 and today it's 580; this company is very likely going to bankrupt me and I am considering how to report my problems to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. My recommendation: Buyer be very very aware.
Hasen couldn't assist me with a loan, he did provide me with information to overcome my debt situation. He even texted me live examples of my option and then walked me through those options.
Hasen is a true asset to your organization!
