I’ve purchased a few items through Symbyxbiome now and have found their service to be excellent. Very good communication and their after sales service is excellent too.

Easy to order, prompt delivery.

The product was delivered on time as was advised by the company. My husband is now in his second week of the treatment protocol. So far my husband thinks his walking is more stable but not fast. He feels he is more upright in his stance. He also use Duocare 904 on alternate days and has continued with that the same as before he revived the helmet. He currently uses the helmet in the morning and the 904 in the evening. We look forward to seeing if he continues to notice improvements.

After being diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in Sept, 2022, and unhappy with the medical “solution” prescribed by my neurologist, I went on a search for an alternative solution. Upon discovering SYMBYX, I purchased PDCare, and then DuoCare 904, when it was released. Both devices have helped immensely, so I have now purchased the Neuro.

In addition to the products, I am very impressed with the company, SYMBYX, and its extensive documented research and manufacturing quality. Most of all I want to applaud the SYMBYX Team members who have spent many hours fielding my questions. The bottom line: SYMBYX, its products and employees, are top notch!!!

Too early to know, having used the device only four times so far

Prompt delivery of 2 items on 2 occasions. The pd care has returned some smell sense for me, which was completely gone. I'm hopeful more benefits will come with continued use. I have only just received the symbyx neuro and have great hope it will also be beneficial in treating my Parkinson's.

I just received my PD care laser last week. Shipping to USA was fast. Laser is high quality and easy to use. I'm looking forward to positive results. Ask me for another review in 12 weeks.

My only criticism is that the manual says not to use rechargeable batteries and the PD Care specifics say you can. Minor confusion possible on that.
