Fake company- not a real ring. AVOID AT ALL COSTS will also not get your refund

If I could give this company a zero, I would. The ring took over 4 weeks to arrive, I requested that the order be cancelled as I was no longer interested. I was told that a refund was not possible as the ring was shipped. I asked again for a refund under the consumer rights act 2015 and got no response. I was going to refuse delivery, however the ring arrived today, pushed through my letter box. The ring is very large, and it cannot be adjusted. The thought of dealing with this company for a refund is stressful which in turn causes a migraine. Absolutely rubbish. Avoid!

Ring never arrived. Lack of actual responses when asking for an update on the location.

The ring doesn't fit. My husband's hand is not that big. He has strong, working, adult hands. But the website says it can be adjusted to size R but it doesn't.

The phone number is invalid. The Facebook page is now gone, the email I sent bounced back and we are stuck with this price of crap rings that we cant use. They also arrived in an envelop,not even in a box... with a card that says their fancy boxes have ran out..

Cheap rings which stain your fingers, absolutely no communication after requesting a refund. Phone number on the website doesn’t work either. Waste of money.

Overall, the ring is fine. It has a classy look and decent quality, even if it isn’t flawless

Order never delivered. Despite having security cameras Sylvori insist it has been delivered.
I requested a repkacement order or refund...none of which are forthcoming. I asked for proof of delivery as it states orders are insured and tracked...yet again..nothing. This company apoears to be a scam
Update 5th feb...still no refund despite Sylvori sending me proof of delivery which shows this is not my address. The incorrect house number is clearly shown on the door that their delivery men delivered to.

Took 3 weeks to arrive. The ring looks cheap, just plain metal. I paid £28.50 for the ring & oil. Item arrive in a plastic bag with a card saying their fancy boxes were out of stock. I purchased for a Christmas present for a friend. She's worn in the last month & it doesn't ease her migraines. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on the product. Cheap materials & it looks rubbish & no substantial evidence that this product works. Just a scam to con people who are desparate to find help relieving their symptoms.

Didn’t expect it to work for migraines, but it does help a bit. Stylish and functional, just not perfect. I didn’t think it would help with migraines but it provides some relief. It looks good and works well though it’s not flawless.

I wasn't sure what to expect at first the service was reliable and friendly though not outstanding

An absolute joke of a company. I wanted to support a small business, but this one seems completely fake. Do NOT buy from them. The ring I purchased as a gift finally turned up and the quality was terrible. I contacted them through email and various social platforms and only eventually received a reply. They claimed they sent a replacement, but after waiting weeks, I highly doubt it. This company is dreadful. Avoid at all costs.

They even send emails from the so-called founder thanking you for supporting small businesses, honestly, I wish I hadn’t. The product is a cheap knock-off. It’s such a shame because experiences like this make me hesitant to trust small businesses in the future. I even paid for the warranty, which turned out to be completely useless. Truly a shocking company.

Mine usually start with a dull throb behind the eyes, and applying pressure with this ring does take the edge off. It’s helpful, but more of a light assist than a full solution.

Since using this, my headaches have reduced a little. It feels like it regulates the spot that usually flares up, Though the improvement isn't dramatic.

I tried to get migraines when I am tried or stressed, and this has been somewhat helpful, it relaxes the nervous system enough to stop the spiral on certain days, though not always

I've tried various remedies and his one feels natural and does help to a degree. The pressure on the nerve point eases some of the stress that usually triggers my headaches

I’ve been dealing with migraines for years, and this little ring does offer some relief, though it’s not a complete fix. The pressure point activation works quicker than I expected.
