Today I notified customer service that my bracelet had broke. I received an immediate response and they are already shipping me a replacement. Now that’s customer service I can get behind.

I forgot to apply my coupon code when placing my online order, but when I contacted the supplier, they responded quickly and processed the discount as a refund. They also went above and beyond by offering an additional discount on my next order.

All communication has had a speedy reply. They were eager to ensure I was satisfied/pleased with product and service. Very refreshing!

Customer service is excellent

I received my order and loved all of my pieces! The quality is outstanding for the price point; these are well crafted and high end. Sylvian Grant Customer Service is also outstanding; I reached out to them about a specific pendant for a chain and a (real human) person emailed back and forth with me to help me resolve and find what I needed. It was excellent, fast, and very helpful. Will be ordering again!

I’m so in love with this company. The best experience ever. I purchased an item from them, but was not pleased with my selection. I communicated with them and it was such a pleasure. Their Customer Service is A1. I was able to select another item, which came very quickly and it is beautiful. Customer Service is such a lost art these days. The product matched the description, but arrived with a defect. The company stood behind it and agreed to send a replacement with no hassles. They were prompt and courteous. I found it a pleasure to work with them and appreciate them standing behind their product.

Not only is the product outstanding, but the customer service is five star! I recently mistakenly bought a couple of the same item, thinking that my payment hadn't been processed. Someone from Sylvian Grant emailed me to make sure I really wanted that many of the same product. Then they immediately cancelled the mistaken orders and refunded the money. The service was prompt and very personable! I was thoroughly impressed!

I purchased a 21” box chain for my husbands crucifix in January as he broke his gold one. We couldn’t afford gold so purchased a gold plated chain from Sylvian Grant as reviews were very good. Didn’t disappointed as the chain is beautiful and very reasonably priced. You wouldn’t know the difference between this and the original gold one. Then sadly no idea how but during the night my husband broke the chain. It must have caught on his bracelet and it broke. I emailed Sylvian Grant as they have replacement policy. So glad I did as I almost bought a new one. They emailed me straight back asking for photo evidence and within a day they had another chain being sent FOC to me. Now that’s what I call customer service. The break wasn’t anything to do with a faulty or poorly made product as these chains are very strong but sadly so is my husband when asleep and that I’m sure is the only reason the chain broke. I anm happy to absolutely highly recommend Sylvian Grant for their product and especially their customer service ethic. First class!!! THANK YOU

Do not buy if you are UK based. Quality of necklace and matching bracelet very poor and flimsy. Return needs to be sent to US at own cost which makes it pointless. Partial refund offered but no option to get full refund unless you pay exorbitant transatlantic postage costs. What a waste of money all round

Best customers service

I ordered a gorgeous necklace set from Sylvian Grant back in October and absolutely loved it when it arrived. Unfortunately, one of the chains broke, which was really disappointing—especially because the piece was so beautiful.

I reached out via email, and after a bit of back and forth, I’m very happy to say their customer service made things right. A replacement necklace has now been sent, which I truly appreciate.

While it was frustrating to have an issue with the original piece, I’m grateful for the response and resolution. Great customer service definitely makes a difference!

I had received my necklace set and wore it for a week or so, looked down one day and the box chain had broken. I emailed customer service (as there is a lifetime warranty) and they’ve shipped me a new one. Great service and I heard back from a person ;)

I ordered the minimal tennis bracelet. I absolutely love it! I wear it everyday and it goes with everything.
The first one I received broke within a few weeks, but when I contacted customer service, they sent me a replacement quickly. Very easy to deal with. Recommend the bracelet as well as purchasing from this company.
