If I could rate it

If I could rate it, it would get NO stars.
Company is a total rip off. Ordered my partner a coat and it came after Xmas and was nothing like advertised, not did they deliver before Xmas as I needed it then.
They completely ignored any interaction via email and then I see that they have now closed the store.

If it comes back up, I will email them every single day until they refund me as that is basically theft.

I am wondering if Trading Standards can step in and make sure they are never allowed to sell anything to anyone in the UK every again.

Scam website

Scam website. Item descriptions and material composition are incorrect. Most items are polyester/faux suede and much cheaper versions of what they are advertising. State no return on sale items hence why all products are on sale

DON'T BUY - SCAM WEBSITE

DON'T BUY! THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered a red Icelandic sweater from sylvialondon.com
The sweater looks "red" in the picture and has the name 'red' in its title, but I received a bright orange sweater.

1. They don't reply.
I am trying to reach them, I've sent multiple emails, used the contact form on their website, no reply.

2. False advertising :
I noticed after I bought the sweater that every single item on the website is on sale. It says on the top, 'sale ends today', and it's the same every day; the sale doesn't end.

3. Hidden information, IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN the items:
On the description of the sweater it says:
"30-Day Money Back Guarantee"
Then below it says:
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Trusted by thousands of women – if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days. Shopping with us is worry-free.

BUT
If you find the return policy at the bottom of the page it says:
100% Return Guarantee on New Products
We offer a full return guarantee on all new products, excluding promotional items. Sale items are not covered under this guarantee.

No Refunds on Sale Items
Items purchased during sales are not eligible for refunds. These purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, even in case of incorrect sizing.

MASSIVE SCAM, all the items are on sales on the website, so there is no return possible!
