I'm still awaiting my order in which I ordered on Feb 25th Australia day. Intialy the tracking no didn't work do I got incontact with Sydney mode by sending them a text . The soon got in contact with me on several occasions. I'm now still waiting for my order to arrive hopefully soon and to have tracking no .

I would give them a negative if I could! They are the biggest SCAM!!
I ordered a small appliance on 5th December and on 8Th December I received an email to say that it was shipped.. which was bollocks. After checking the tracking multiple times over a couple of weeks, there were no updates and when I pushed them on an update, they said that it was in the final stages of processing and then they back tracked again when I put a dispute claim in to say that it was within their dispatch timelines. They only delivered the product after 1 month as I put in a claim to recover the money - no surprise what I got was a cheap Chinese product which I am now trying to investigate whether they have breached what has been advertised.
They say items are shipped from local Australian warehouse which is a lie because I got charged for a currency exchange cost- why would I get charged that if it was in Australia and then all the tracking info indicates that it’s from China . They can’t cover their own tracks and they use AI in all their email responses ( you can tell as words are bolded In particular sections).
Shut down this company ASAP! I am going to put in a dispute for inaccurate description of products, misleading information and poor customer service. What a filth of a company !

Bought a shirt that didn’t even come, when there were about 3 emails sent in total to track the shipment. When you do decide to track the shipment only information that pops up is that your order has been processed. When on the site looking for things you are advertised that shipments in australia are quick, weeks have passed and different packages i ordered on the same day have all arrived. There have been no updates about the package at all.

Bait & Switch. Did not receive adverstised product. Received T Shirt of lesser quality. Refunded only 50%. Scam!!

⚠️ SCAM WARNING — Sydney Mode I would give zero stars if I could. I am extremely unhappy with my experience with this company. I placed an order and have still not received it. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have not provided any tracking details or any meaningful updates. They also have not issued a refund, even after I requested one.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to purchase from this company. My interactions with them have been completely unacceptable, and I feel that my money has not been handled honestly

I wish I could put 0 stars but yesterday I got my order, everything was good until I opened it not only where they fake shitty material the shorts I got (Eric Emanuel shorts) they scammed me $75 for Temu made shorts and they didn’t put a tag so I couldn’t refund it so please people just pay the extra cash for the real authentic things instead of this scam shop.

I bought the 30cm bag and it is gorgeous. I wanted a bag similar design to a brand name and this is perfect. Doesn't look cheap and very good quality. Very happy with this purchase, thank you. Shipping was quite fast too, with regular updates as well.

Crap quality don’t even look and feel denim don’t but anything from here better off going to temu and buying a pair of jorts for 100x cheaper and there shipping takes ages

Buyer beware, have been scammed, items advertised do not match that received. Unfortunately I am unable to post pictures of what was received vs advertised.
Only way to get refund is to ship item back to China at my expense for inspection. What are the odds of them finding something wrong and not refunding? Very likely based on my dealings with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY.
