I moved from CoinSpot to SWYFTX. It is quicker and easier to. I have great experience so far

I migrated to Swyftx from EasyCrypto and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. I experienced no hiccups at any stage of the migration, from getting set up through to activating my accounts for deposits.

I migrated to Swyftx from Easy Crypto, and overall the process was easy with afew hiccups. One being sms codes weren’t being sent through and finally after contacting support I realised I had an old account with Swyftx. Logged in and got going with KYC. Transferred my crypto over and it’s been smooth. Followed up with support 2 weeks later to get my signup bonus as it didn’t auto credit. They had it credited into my account instantly. Purchasing crypto has been easy and the app is simple to use, when comparing it to other international exchanges’ apps.

The transaction process was easy and effortless, when I used the livechat the support was excellent, prompt and efficient, this was brilliant reassuring human support. I'm impressed.

I had found the staff is highly qualified and experienced. I have never faced any problem right from the beginning in my accounts. When ever I struck up and informed the Swyftx staff the solved the problem on phone even. That shows the staff is very dutiful and knows their job well. I found the Swyftx support excellent, in particular the help from support personnel.
I find the GUI inferior to Easy Crypto, too clunky. The other issue I have to get used to is the lack of non-custodial trading

I was, still am, a real beginner and was baffled by some of the terminology and processes and what I could and could not do. A real beginners guide would have been helpful but when I wrote and asked for help the responders were helpful and patient

Swyftx took over from easycrypto which I had been using for many years. I've found the transition to their new app to be phenomenal, it's so welcoming to have such an advanced well supported crypto experience that I can safety use in NZ. I recently went through withdrawing money from my account to my bank accounr and it was completed in just under 5 hours, blew my mind!

For New Zealand to buy crypto you don’t have too many options other than News and credit card and that 2 1/2% or 3% or whatever it is use a credit card on exchanges like crypto or Carmel finance etc etc that is the difference between when I lose. It’s a huge flipn difference believe it or not it is! So to be able to use bank deposit method which is 0% is the difference between winning and losing. Also the benefit of using this platform as if you actually do make a profit which is about 1% of a chance of making a profit or crypto then you can actually send it back back to this exchange and they will put it into your bank bank account account… So yeah it’s pretty bloody good

Customer support is second to none.
The platform is easy to navigate, processes are swift(pardon the pun) and there’s more than enough investing tools.

The app was easy to set up. However, unless you know 'cryptospeak' some of the terminology is impossible to understand. An assumed knowledge is given.
The Help Desk were always super fast in helping my queries to find answers to the confusing terminology - making their gui more user friendly for the nnew crypto buyers would be a good idea.
