Installation went well but the service…

Installation went well but the service never connected. I called every day for almost 2 weeks to try and get someone to come look at the problem but every time a work order was generated it was closed within a couple of hours saying the system was provisioning. It couldn't provision because the connection from the junction box at the road to the house was faulty, but no one seemed to want to accept that. One lady with customer service was so condescending that I just hung up when I heard her voice answer the phone and called back to get someone else. Eventually I called to report the problem again and was told my account had been closed.

Five-star experience so far

Five-star experience so far! We just got our install yesterday and we've got great speeds with no lag time with our security cameras. Lots of communication from scheduling through install and my fiber technician Alexander was the absolute best. Super professional, on time to the minute and super-fast! This is a BIG step up for us over satellite and SO HAPPY Swyft came to town.

The upload speed needed for streaming…

The upload speed needed for streaming in our remote area was an impossibility until Swyft Fiber became available - Fast internet with very reasonable pricing. I must mention the friendly professional staff and technician made sign-up and installation so easy and timing was right on schedule.

It was quick

It was quick, the tech was absolutely amazing. I wish I caught his name but he did such a great job. Even though my dog wanted to eat him and never seen him act like that. He kept his cool and tried to make friends but Ole spark said no. He was amazing all around. Would definitely give 10 🌟 if I could. Definitely recommend

Swyft, the People’s Provider

My installer Chad kept me going. My address is a bit off and had a failed install, he told me everything I needed to know about why. My second install was a fail due to a kink in conduit under the road but Chad kept my head up and kept my hopes for Swyft internet high when I was doubting them. My salesman Ethan Coombs also went out of his way to help me after my first failed install. Swyft themselves has been very helpful and has great customer service members such as Sky and Andrea who handled my calls wonderfully and insisted on results. I love the speed and quality of this internet thanks to Swyft and their dedicated emissaries.

So far awesome!

My service was installed yesterday. The service man was super nice and work efficiently. My service is faster than my satellite internet and worked seamlessly! So glad we made this decision!

Like Two Different Companies

Installation team and sales person were great to work with. Customer service and billing is run by 3rd graders. Had the service for four months now and they still haven't worked out how to do an ACH payment on my account. I get a $10 discount for using it, but no discount because they can't manage to figure out how to make it work. Amateurs.....

Kevin was my installer and he was very professional. He walked me through the installation from start to finish and helped me make sure I had my devices hooked up and ready. He answered all my questions and I would recommend him to everyone.

Installer was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, answered our questions and had us up and running in a short time. We had exposed our water line and he ran the cable under it.
