Damaged item. Emails/instagram ignored.
I’ve never given a 1 ⭐️ before! My order arrived damaged. I contacted swootsy straight away via email with pictures attached, heard nothing so I contacted them via instagram, I've still not heard nothing. I’ve spent over £30 (including delivery) for an item I’m unable to use for my new home. So disappointed!!
