Even without KYC they still wanted a selfie with credit card
Even without KYC, they still wanted a selfie with credit card. They charged my card and it never went through.
Customer service was near-instant. I will give them that.
AND they blame the customer "We're sorry if the verification process seemed too complex to you..." after I was told that there would be no KYC/ID required for an amount of $130.
Simplex just worked and it was immediate, without any ID.
