The Switchify representatives were…

The Switchify representatives were polite and respectful, and were able to explain the process and work with me to feel comfortable to make the switch.
As a more mature single woman, I am quite sceptical and anxious about online transactions.

I found the team to be highly knowledgeable

I found the team to be highly knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to explain my options clearly, and I now have a much better plan in place for both my gas and electricity. I especially appreciated their willingness to call me back at a time that suited my schedule, which made the whole process convenient and stress-free. Highly recommended.
