Be careful if buying a watch from this company. I purchased a ladies gold Rolex from this shop for 13K but it stopped working in a matter of weeks. I took it back to be repaired (which took 5 weeks) and on return was assured that the watch had been fully serviced, (although this should have been done before they sold it to me) and was in perfect working order. However, after another few weeks it stopped again so I decided to take it to a reputable repairer, due to my concerns. The repairer told me that the watch was in a very poor condition and even worse not water sealed, which would have been a disaster had I worn the watch in any water. The genuine repair cost me £480.00 and of course they have refused to reimburse me for this cost. Not impressed!
