Couldn’t get a better service!
My 1980s Rolex Jubilee bracelet was well worn when I bought the watch about 25 years ago. I was told that it was no longer secure and decided to replace with a leather strap a couple of years ago. I think I was quoted about £1800 from Rolex to replace it and that was on an exchange basis
I stumbled across Martins company on Facebook and decided to contact him and find out more about it
I sent off the bracelet and was sent images and video of all the stages of repairs
He then sent it back to me. (All in a week).
It is now as good as new and can’t thank Martins enough.

Martins refurbished my watch bracelet very well- he exceeded my expectations by far. In the process he delivered excellent service at a very reasonable price.
I have no hesitation recommending - he is excellent at what he does and he does it very quickly too. He is also a very good communicator and keeps you in the picture on whats going on- I couldn't have asked for more.
Its very unusual to find this level of craftsmanship and service delivered at a very competitive price these days!

Sent two bracelets off, one bi metal Oyster and the other a 18ct President band. Both were refurbed to the highest standards and great communication via whatsapp on progress throughout. Highly recommended.

I found Swiss refurb through instagram which is not always the best place to start but made contact through the website. I was told I needed a new jubilee bracelet for my Rolex by a shop but decided to see if it could be fixed by refurb. Posted the bracelet off, they made sure I didn’t send them my whole watch. Gave me clear instructions and the whole process went smoothly. I got my bracelet back and my watch now looks brand new. Super happy, completely brought my watch back to life. Feel like I just bought a brand new watch. Well done Martins 🙌🙏

Posted my rolex bracelet on the Monday. Martins sent me whatsapp to say it arrived on the Tuesday. He done the work on the Wednesday and sent me pictures before and after. He posted it on the Thursday and sent me pictures of postal receipt. Arrived on Friday morning. Great service and communication.. . As for the job he done on rolex bracelet fantastic. This is a bracelet from.1984 and is now like brand new. I would highly recommend Martins. Great job thankyou

My 1990 Submariner bracelet was getting a bit worn and droopy , It was getting to the point I daren’t wear it. I have just received my refurbished bracelet back and have fitted it , it looks great , not over polished so the watch just looks totally original.

Fantastic service from initial enquiry to receiving my refurbished bracelet back. A 50 year old Rolex Jubilee which had been well used and was so stretched I was afraid to wear it, now almost as new and able to be worn and enjoyed for many more years to come.

Martins helpfully guided me through the process of having my 93150 submariner strap refurbished recently. The strap was certainly showing its age, with a great deal of stretch and a poorly closing clasp - the cost of a new one from Rolex would’ve been prohibitive.

The comms throughout the process, from quotation to finished product, both by email and WhatsApp, plus accompanying photographs of progress, were second to none.

I’ve just received the strap back this morning by RM special delivery and its wonderful - firm, no stretch, and polished to look almost new - now happily installed back on my GMT.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service that Martins provided without a single doubt. One very happy customer thank you!

as a long time Rolex Lover, I was sceptic at first and it took me 3 months to decide to actually get Martins to work on my Oyster band..and let me tell you; this was one of the best customer experience I ever experienced - from the first contact, explaining my issues with the band up until I shipped it in for repair. Martins did a spectacular job, even taking care of heavily damaged links. my Oyster band looks like new!! the turnaround time was also faster than I could blink. I HIGHLY recommend Martins and would give 12 stars if I could!.

You always wonder if an Instagram feed really reflects a business you can trust, especially with an expensive item like a Rolex bracelet refurbishment. Martins was brilliant from start to finish, great communication, picture updates and clear, concise pricing. Super fast turnaround. My Oyster bracelet looks better than when it left the factory at a fraction of the price Rolex wanted to charge for a replacement. Would have no hesitation recommending Swiss Refurb.
