This is the third time I have done business with them and the first time they messed up my order. Sent me a black band instead of a brown one. The return process was simple, they were very courteous and very prompt. I will do business there again in the future.

My first watch that I was proud to give to my husband was from Swissoutpost.com and when our first son married - I bought him a watch from them. And my second son....waiting for my third son to FINALLY wed and the tradition will be complete! My husband has 2 and I just bought a third one for me (well, a gal needs choices!!). I still enjoy and use all 3 watches.
The styles and quality are not found anywhere else.....

Spoke to Peter who is not just a really smart, but very nice guy. Rest assured that the merchandize is authentic and it's substantially more competitively priced than the same items at Saks, Nordstrom, etc. Got some great Victorinox vests from the website. Will keep coming back to shop here.

Great watch! The watch was received in prestein condition. The only thing that mattered in whcih I did not give 5 stars is that the warranty seal was not provided. I know this is a grey market sale but nontheless, great watch that feels very authentic!

I purchased from swiss post after returning a victorinox to amazon.com after a nightmare with the seller teelys warranty. The amazon seller teelys lied about coverage so I returned to amazon.com and purchased from swissoutpost becuase they were authorized dealer. Swissoutpost need to loose the lame fake sales theme and provide a proper invoice or receipt with every purchase. I asked thier support desk to send me a copy of the receipt, they did so very quickly. I will certainly be shopping again at swissoutpost in the future. Don't buy victorinox from amazon.com.

I purchased a mens large black vest from Swiss outpost. The fit is right on as I am a 42 regular. A nice feature of the vest is an expandable gusset on each side made of a spandex type material. The black colour is nice and deep, has a red inside, and a collar that is soft and comfortable. There are snap closures on each left and right pocket, and a zipper for a chest pocket. There are no interior pockets. Along the front zipper,which seems nice and sturdy and easy to use,is a thin silver reflective stripe, as well as a silver reflective Swiss army cross on the back of the collar . This beat is very lightweight and deceptively warm,with a nice water resistant insulation sewn into a quilted form.the vest itself is water resistant so it will keep you warm.all in all, a nice purchase. 5 stars.

They shipped fast. Their website tells you if they have your item in stock, and how many (when have you ever seen THAT anywhere else?)

Received watch and opened package. Went to adjust time/date and crown and stem were not operational. Sent message to company to discuss replacement and return and 1 week later no response.

i bot several watches here for gifts and for myself and so far had no unpleasant experiences with the product or website.

I ordered. Two hunting knives. I liked the camafloge I think my grandsons will enjoy using them.

Since Robert Grove left who was always willing to respond to any contact/emails/phone etc I've tried emailing and phoning countless times and now have no goods and swissoutpost owe me $638. Not sure what is going on here. Before you buy anything from this company trust me and try to contact ANYONE from the contacts section of the website. If you can't I'd be very wary. Something funny is going on despite the website looking fine. Stay away

however I have to comment that, at the moment of procceding with the purchase, I entered a discount coupon code that did not work.
Peter Adler, from swissoutpost.com, told they are going to refund the amount of the discount... i´m still waiting!! (i bought it on january 29th)
