There is a genuine reason that Swiss Army Knives are as iconic as they are, they are not only the face of survival but convenience. I don’t hunt, fish or ride horses yet I find a way to use this tool every day whether it be at home or in the office.

First of all the product is great - have used the pocket knives for years and years. Recent purchase of one for daughter was an easy experience, I found the website good to use and purchasing and delivery went very smoothly. One query I had before buying was dealt with immediately.

I ordered a watch strap for a Luminox watch and I measured the size of the lugs wrong on my watch. It was to wide so I returned it and got a full refund. The delivery was quick the strap was new and came spare pins as well. Returns was easy I filled out form to return it. It was done through Royal Mail. I used the Royal Mail returns website and it was free returns postage aswell. Excellent service by the Swiss shop. The whole experience was excellent. I would definitely use Swiss shop again.
