Positive aspects: able to spend crypto. Mobile app with transaction history. Low transaction costs. I receive 8% chargeback on each transaction with Swipe Slate. This is an Incredible deal.

Negative aspects: a lot of things are unclear inside the app. The customer care sometimes only respond after multiple calls.

Evaluation: if you order this card, do it for the exceptional high financial benefits. If you do so, accept that you are among the first group of adopters so do not expect everything to run smooth and have some patience. Things Will become better. Also, there is a big Swipe community on Telegram who is able to help you with any issues.

Have been using slate card for 2 months now, it works just like a normal card but everything is 8% cheaper. It the best purchase of 2020 for me.

Swipe is a young company their product is still in development but the app has a clean ui.

Cashbacks are paid within 2 days after purchase : you can choose the currency for the cashback (BTC or Sxp or BnB) You can top up your wallet from binance to bsc to swipe wallet easily for less fees.

Slate card is very handy everyday : here is my referral code A2KWHS if you want to get $1500 on your swipe wallet. You need to lock 100 000 sxp on chain for the slate card. This gives you rewards every week (around 1400 usd a month).
I receive the slate card in one week after ordering it (Europe). Upon activation you receive referral rewards in your wallet.

When you pay with your visa swipe card I recommend using Samsung pay, very seamless experience!

Received my slate card, after 7 days, had some small, start issues, but live chat, especially Ravi, fixed my problem, nice and easy. Enjoying a good cashback :)

Swipe is one of the worst apps to buy crypto they are thieves. I bought 20$ worth of XRP and never received them and every time I talk to support they say our IT is looking into it, they have been looking into it for 4 months now. they are a bunch of liars and theives and no one should use them.

Swipe bans complaining users from telegram and deletes their messages, this is completely unacceptable.
I now as of 2021.01.01 have to pay a 3.9% fee to top up the card with eur with credit card, as bank transfers are still not available. In my country there is a tax on crypto transactions so all methods boil down to 0.1% cashback.
I was lured in with 4% cashback but when you trust them with your money to get it they keep changing the system and this will screw you in the long term.

Even I went throug this channel and bad review, I have to say swipe is cool project on the way to potential success. I use it with Revolut to transfer my CZK to USD and on the wallet to BUSD, I do not keep USD. I used to send it to binance as I they have virtual card, but I found out even I have orange (tier 1) and Im staking 300sxp, I have tier 2 benefits. Customer support as others mentioned is very weak, comeon, pay few people some dollars, to answer on """live chat""" is not a big deal, even they woudl not solve my problem in a second, I would feel good, somebody is solving it, HIRE SUPPORT STUFF. So in overall about 3,8/5 and I see big potential. Second point also I think there is big cap godind to founders and team, swipe shoul consider giving free coints to the team to constantly lower the price...

Guys it seems a scam project. Look at the price.

Ordered my card 2 weeks ago, received it after a few day. 7 days to charge it with euros for the first time, then it is instant. Getting my cash back from my purchase, my reward from staking, and the refund from perks ! I love it. I am thinking to stop my traditional card.

I'm happy for me card and wallet works perfectly. :) I had only one issue with doubled transaction but it was fixed after communication on live chat.

actually swipe is very good project, but i will not write about that now i will write why i moved from cro:

1) my friends got ref code from me and used it for crypto.com but they got their referral bonus back and we mailed support they didnt reach us and give money back tried so much

2) i used my cryptocom card for dentist , received cashback 1 month later a new update CAME AND THEY SAİD you cant use it for dentist an got my cashback back ( if i dont pay cashback back they will close my account and get my cros that i staked )

moved to swipe and eveything is better now
i can get cashback on everything , getting %30 apy on my sxp stake with %8 cashback and
swipe network is fully decentrailzed unlike cryptocom , sxp holders can vote for governance and holders will get transfer fees from every card disturbed daily

I’ve received all of my rebates, all of my cash back and it generally works purchasing all things. It takes 7 days security check for first deposit and then it’s instant. It’s also instant for buying selling crypto / fiat and free transfers to Binance.

Yes - there are sometimes small bugs, slower loading speeds and customer service needs to grow, but for people using it right now need to understand it’s EXTREMELY new. The app improves week on week, features added week on week and customer services speed seems to have increased hugely. It’s not a scam, it’s just not a multi billion $ bank that can transact and fix issues within seconds. It’s a growing and improving product that needs much more time before expecting the perfect product.

In November 19. 2020 I deposit $3,000 into the account using my debit card were the ultimate goal was to purchase BTC and send to external wallet. First the deposit took from November 19 to December 1 to be available to use (13 days when their system says 7). Then I purchase with those funds $3,000 BTC to send to external wallet on December 1. Now 4 days latter those funds have not reached the intended recipient. I have contacted customer support several times about my money and demanding a refund since the BTC withdrawal does not shows in the Blockchain as been confirmed. Their only response been that the issue been escalated. 15 days later, I don't have my money or the transaction been completed. This company seems to be just a FRAUD.
