Swing bits is a straight up SCAM.

Swing bits is a straight up SCAM, i called them within the 7 day period and they agreed to cancel and that i would not be charged the 49.99. What bunch of B.S. i just noticed they went ahead and scammed for for 49.99 anyway. Now when i call 877 877 1770 the number is to UPS and saying that the number can not be answered. Biggest company scam ever!

This company is nothing but a scammer. Offer you a sleeve of golf balls for $1.00, but hide the part where this is a 7 day trial. (My golf course wasn't even open). I ordered them on the 28th of March and cancelled the order on April 4th, 2020.. One day over 7 days. Tried calling them many times and couldn't ever get anyone talk to me. Finally got someone today (5/7/2020) and they absolutely wouldn't give me a refund. Kind of rude, also. Do not do business with this company! It will be one of the worst experiences of your life!

I ordered a sleeve of balls for $1.00, Swingbits is a rip off

I ordered a sleeve of balls for $1.00, no where did I ever sign up for any other billing, I submitted a fraud claim with my bank which told me I was out of luck there was nothing I could do. I have read over reviews where Amex took care of their customers. So it is time to change from VyStar Credit Union because they really don’t care about their customers, I have been with them for over 40 years wonder how much other money I have lost over the years just did not catch. Swingbits and VyStar Credit Union both suck. After talking to a rep from swingbits they told me that they did not care about how I felt hung up the phone then blocked my number so I can not even call them again. They also refused to tell me their address and their physical location

Scam...

Scam.... thank you American Express for realizing this and taking care of this.
DO NOT get their free golf balls, you will be automatically signed up for some other monthly crap, at 49.99 per month, which was never revealed in their add for free golf ball.

If there was a less than a 1-star…

If there was a less than a 1-star option - I would click that. Well after a few google searches - I found their 877-877-1990. The woman I spoke with was curt - she said you signed up and we dispute these charges all the time and that I signed up for a membership and they will win with Capital One. She quickly offered me a $30 refund for the 2 months I had been scammed. I took her up on it but the net was I spend $70 for a sleeve of balls - lesson learned. I told her when we got off the phone "Good Luck with your scam" - She said thank you! Be aware. Don't do what I did! Swingbits= a scam!

I contacted customer service at 9:00…

I contacted customer service at 9:00 e.t. on Friday, Feb 28. I indicated there was a pending charge to my checking account of $49.99 indicated I did not authorize the charge. I was informed it was for membership and that it would be cancelled. I thought the charge would be cancelled. I thought wrong. The charge went through on Monday, March 2. I waited, and reviewed my checking account daily for the next 2 weeks (10 business days). No credit was issued.

I contacted customer service a short time ago and after about 10 minutes conferring with a rep, he indicated a 7 day policy was in effect and immediately hung up. That is the most rude service I have ever received. I called back a second time and requested to talk to a supervisor. I was informed a supervisor was unavailable at that time. I was placed on hold so a supervisor could be found. Upon return, I was told one was not available (????) but would be requested through your message board. The rep then proceeded to research my concern. After more time with this rep he also indicated the 7 day policy and immediately hung up.

Not once, but twice I have been treated rudely.

Deceiving ads.

Deceiving ads.

While browsing Instagram I came across an ad for some Calcutta golf balls The ad was basically saying how good the golf balls are and that you can try a sleeve for free. Of course after making the order they say you have to pay for shipping, which I did for two sleeves of golf balls to try them out. Later I received an email with my receipt that also mentioned if I do not cancel my subscription to Swingbit I will have to pay the monthly fee. I tried to login and cancel but did not have any login info to do so nor did I believe I had actually signed up for a subscription. At this point I should have called Swingbit, but for whatever reason (busy, life) I did not. I later found out that Swingbit has in fact charged me $49.99 for a February subscription to their product (whatever the #$%& that is). I just called Swingbit to explain my situation, ensure this so-called subscription was cancelled and get my money back. They confirmed that my subscription was cancelled, but refused to refund my money. When I asked to speak with a supervisor they replied that none were on the floor and that even if they were, their policy is the same. No refund!

Very dishonest company

Very dishonest company. They bury a membership in fine print so that they can rip every person off. Stealing money from hard working people is below scum. At least put it in bold print about the membership. And offer the balls at a decent price without the bull#### and people would still try them out..might at least get a few repeat buyers that. Nothing but crooks.

Don't! Just don't!

Scam! They bury a membership in the purchase and bill you $49/month for a bunch of online golf videos. No corrrespondence from them, other than a receipt with a login buried at the bottom. Obvious crooks. Thankfully, I paid with my American Express and they take no crap. Got my money back and three very mediocre golf balls for a dollar and a half hour of my time. Lesson learned.
