Customer Serice DOES NOT EXCIST

I placed an order with SwimSpace back on the 30th November, on the 3rd December I got the dispatch confirmation email. However it is now the 20th December and still waiting for my order. I have tried to contact them via their generic customer serivce email address with no answer, i have since emailed their complaints email which apparently gets an urgent response....absolutely nothing. I have attempted to call and no answer when ever i try it just rings and rings and rings.... This is utterly shambolic customer service... I doubt they will respond to this either.....

This is my third pair of these…

This is my third pair of these goggles.They are very good.I use them in a swimming pool which has very little chlorine in it once a week, they become less clear after a year and start to leak.
