We have used them for a number of years, 2 issues with misprints over 30 or 40 orders, both sorted within days.

Awful company. Used a few years ago and did not receive order, wasn't responding to emails or constantly making excuses. Gave up and went elsewhere in the end. Decided to give the another go recently but had the same problems. Paid for goods not received, constant excuses. Now trying to get money back
Appalling service.
Ordered 500 swim hats for our club in April and fully paid for them.
I either receive excuses or simply no response and we are now at the end of July (yet the hats were promised by 19th April.
