I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent order (#236009513329074).
The order was taking an unusually long time to be delivered, which caused significant inconvenience. Due to this delay, I decided to cancel the order. However, I was charged the full amount of Rs 430 as a cancellation fee, which I find unfair given that the delay was not from my side.
This is extremely disappointing and completely unexpected. I never experienced such a careless approach before. It clearly feels like customer satisfaction is not a priority, and profit matters more than fairness.
Charging the full amount as a cancellation fee in this situation is unreasonable and feels like harassment. I had recently uninstalled Zomato and decided to try Swiggy, expecting a better experience—but this has been worse than expected.
No delivery and charged full cancellation fee
Placed an order , delivery time showed 30 mins, called the delivery guy after 40 mins , he cud he could not find the restaurant and that it would take 1 hr more. Called customer service, they refused to cancell and refund and then called the order with a full cancellation fee. You scam company. Will never order from you in my life. You are looting people.
Swiggy charged my full amount for cancellation and denied for Refund
Swiggy charged my full amount for cancellation of my order within 3 min, even I have done conversation for my address change request in their chatbot reply system. Since I was not getting clear reply from them then only I selected the cancellation to reorder with new address and I have taken confirmation from the restaurant also they have not received any amount from Swiggy side, still they have deducted the full amount.
I have requested to refund of my full amount or send the order with new address because no restaurent can take cancellation amount within 3 min as per any commercial restaurant order. This is really a case of big fraud and I will never use any swiggy app for any online order since it's a big scam to cheat customer, they have made unacceptable policies. So don't use any swiggy app in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order experience. The delivery was delayed beyond the expected time, and even after waiting patiently, my order was not delivered at all. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
I trusted your service for timely delivery, but this experience has completely broken my confidence. There was no proper communication or update regarding the delay or the status of my order, which made the situation even more frustrating.
As a customer, I expect basic accountability and reliability. Not delivering the order without any valid explanation is simply not acceptable. This kind of service reflects very poorly on your platform.
I request you to look into this issue seriously, take strict action, and ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future. Also, I expect a proper explanation and a resolution, including a refund if applicable.
