The delivery person picked up my order for reverse pickup, and I have full proof and videos. But my order is wrongly marked as cancelled. I have been trying to get help since yesterday and got no resolution.
Please issue my full refund immediately. If not resolved, I will escalate this further.
Your support team already informed me that I will receive my refund. I also have proof of the conversation with your agents, along with videos showing the reverse pickup was completed.
They are utter liars
They are utter liars. Earlier we used to pay in advance and there was always problem with order. So never pay them in advance. Today we ordered from hazaribagh location and put option of cash on delivery. It showed after 1 hour that order is being picked up and from 1 hour it was showing 2 minute to delivery and order was never delivered. It is turning in to scam. Never order from them never pay in advance.
Very poor service
Very poor service. They increase the time at their convenience from what is said at the time of ordering. And no quality checks instead they give discount for their mistakes and no correction or action taken for the same.

Worst experience everytime when ordered. They have partnered with the resturants that doesn't even care for customer health. Just money is all what matters to Swiggy and most of the restaurants. I had a very disappointing and unfair experience with Swiggy.
I placed an order through the Swiggy app, but at the payment screen it showed an error stating “something went wrong” and that my order did not go through. Believing the order failed, I placed another order, which went through successfully and I paid online.
However, Swiggy sent both orders to the restaurant—even though the first one never showed as confirmed on the app. I ended up receiving two orders because of Swiggy’s technical glitch, not because of any mistake on my part.
I immediately contacted Swiggy support. They acknowledged the issue and assured me that the first order would be cancelled. But later, I received a message saying that I would still be charged for that order on my next Swiggy purchase. This is completely unacceptable.
Why should a customer pay for Swiggy’s app error? It is highly unprofessional and unfair to push the financial burden of their own technical issue onto the customer.
Very disappointing experience, and it seriously affects the trust I had in Swiggy.

Most disgusting app. Always late in delivering. No solution to this delay problem. Delivery man stand and chat on the road. Tracking is incorrect. Time shown is incorrect. Finally at 6.30 pm , after waiting for two and half hours, I had to cancel my order. Let see money refund will come or not.

Poor customer service. If the restaurant miss out on orders Swiggy will not refund you. Even if the restaurant agrees that they missed your item.

I am completely fed up with Swiggy now. Every time they promise “on-time delivery,” but they never stay committed. My order gets cancelled from the rider’s side even after my payment is done, and still I receive no proper resolution. I have mailed them 3–4 times, but the support team is absolutely useless — they don’t read, don’t respond properly, and don’t fix anything.
What kind of service is this? I even purchased their membership, and still the experience is third-class. Total waste of money and time.
On the other hand, Zomato delivers on time without any subscription. It’s honestly embarrassing that a paid membership platform like Swiggy can’t provide even basic customer satisfaction.
To everyone reading this: Please don’t buy Swiggy membership.

They took 1847 rupees from me and never gave me any investment money and asked me to keep depositing 900 inr again and again to enable withdrawal.

The interface is smooth, easy to use, and the app rarely glitches. Searching for restaurants, applying filters, and checking ratings is simple and fast. I especially appreciate how Swiggy shows estimated delivery times and live tracking—it makes the whole process feel transparent and reliable.
One of the biggest positives for me is the variety of food options. No matter what I’m craving—biryani, pizza, desserts, or even healthy bowls—Swiggy always has something available. The partner restaurants usually pack the food properly, and most of the time the delivery partners are polite and professional. I’ve had multiple orders delivered earlier than the estimated time, which is always a pleasant surprise. Their customer support chat has also helped me a few times and resolved issues pretty quickly.
However, like any service, Swiggy is not perfect, and there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The first issue is the delivery charges and surge pricing during peak hours. Sometimes, even a restaurant located a few minutes away will show extremely high delivery fees, which feels unreasonable. On top of that, taxes and platform fees add up, making simple orders much more expensive than they should be.
Another issue I’ve faced is inconsistency in delivery times. While some orders come early, others get delayed despite the restaurant being close. Occasionally, the tracking map freezes or shows the delivery partner going in a completely different direction, which can get frustrating when you’re hungry.
I also feel that customer support, although helpful at times, can be slow or give generic responses for more complicated issues. For instance, when food arrives spilled or the wrong order is delivered, the resolution depends on who is handling the case—sometimes you get an instant refund, and sometimes they refuse despite clear proof.
Overall, Swiggy is a great platform that has made food delivery incredibly convenient, but it still has room to improve. If they reduce the extra charges and improve consistency, it would create an even better experience for customers like me.

Huge harassment each time I order
As usual I had to wait an hour for the delivery. First it showed as delivered. Then again went through customer care and got it delivered. It is the same issue almost every time. Why do they not just close shop if they are struggling so hard . This is not the first time it has happened.
