Very quick to respond and very helpful.

I have been dealing with Swift Travel for many years and have had nothing but outstanding service. They have very competitive flight prices and always seem to have flight schedules ahead of general publication. .I have always dealt with Rashma and she goes above and beyond what is required in customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Reshma and her colleagues have been incredibly efficient and helpful both before and after the crisis - even being willing to take time to help me with advice about a booking I made directly myself. It was like a miracle that when that when I rang a human answered immediately at a time when I have been unable to get through to anyone else in the travel business.

Swift Travel helped me to organise my own itinerary for a family holiday to Cuba, advising me on suitable places to visit and making accommodation recommendations for each destination. Swift were able to reserve and hold flights at sale prices whilst I researched and finalised our travel plans and their local contacts in Cuba were very helpful throughout this process. All of my communication has been via phone or email and I have always found the members of staff I’ve dealt with to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are very responsive and have dealt with any questions I’ve had in a friendly manner, I would not hesitate to recommend Swift Travel.

The first time I used Swift Travel for a group booking of 27 people this February will most definitely not be the last. From the start of the process they were excellent, great communication, competitive prices and they were able to offer me other services that I had not considered booking with them. I initially wanted to book flights only but they offered me private transfers for my group which I also decided to book through them.

They even completed all the APIS information, checked us in and sent me the printed boarding passes prior to travel.

Our flight was cancelled the day before travel due to storm Dennis and Swift Travel dealt with the whole situation for me, getting us all booked onto another flight altogether just 2 days later. I still look back on this and I am amazed this was even possible....a group of 27 people onto another flight and it was half term!!

They are now dealing with the claim for compensation on my behalf. They made a very stressful situation much more manageable for me and I will definitely be booking all my travel with them in the future.

It is so reassuring to have the support of an experienced and professional company on your side.

I could not fault the experience I had, my booking was handled with professionalism and individualism, the pricing was competitive and my flights were booked with a quick phone call.

As the flights were booked for 2020 I cannot comment on any other part of the transaction.

Swift Travel were recommended to me through word of mouth, a local and reliable travel agent offering premium flight packages and general bookings I heard. I called the office and was ‘swiftly’ appointed to Jem Kadri, who was a mature young professional who went above and beyond to help my family find the best prices for my flight to Tokyo, Japan. I was unsure which airport I should fly given the location and simply wanted to reduce those costs. Jem emailed me a few scenarios and I was then able to make an informed decision. I would recommended Swift to anyone looking to fly.
