1) What happened with your account and payment

After a thorough internal check, we can confirm that:

- Your account was automatically flagged by our anti-fraud system.
- Our system detected that you were not located in the United States.
- At the same time, a VPN/proxy connection was being used.

This combination is strictly prohibited under our compliance rules.

When such activity is detected, the payment is not simply ignored — it is frozen for security review.

Sending almost $900 in bitcoin, waiting, and then feeling like you’re not getting clear answers is stressful, and I fully understand why you’re upset.

As with all serious feedback, we’ve reviewed your case internally.

We use an automatic security and anti-fraud system (SPM Pay) that can place a transaction on hold if something in the algorithm doesn’t look right (for example: unusual patterns, risk signals, region/compliance checks, etc.).

When that happens, the plan is not activated immediately and the case may require manual review by our team.

This is not meant to block genuine users, but to protect both our platform and our customers from fraud and abuse.

That said, it should *never* feel like you’re being ignored — and if our communication slowed down or became unclear during this process, that is something we must take responsibility for and improve.

We are not interested in keeping money for a service that has not been properly delivered.

- have your plan correctly activated after verification, or
