Swift Home Surveys and Valuations Reviews 

I recently used Swift Home Surveys to carry out a RICS level 2 survey on a property I am currently in the process of purchasing. I was extremely impressed by Mathew's prompt response and the competitively priced cost of his service. He responded very quickly to a couple of queries I had prior to instructing him to act on my behalf. I received the full report and photograph's the same evening that the survey was carried out. After digesting the detailed information provided, I raised a couple of queries with Mathew and again, he was very helpful in his response. Buying a house is a very stressful process and having a surveyor who provides such a professional service was a priority for me. Mathew was incredibly efficient, not just with the information provided in the survey, but the speed in which it was sent back to us. I think there may have been less than 20 hours between the survey taking place and the report being recieved! The quality of the report was also very high, including detailed and easy-to-read descriptions of all aspects of the house, as well as photographs alongside. Also, without promopt, Mathew was kind enough to sumerise the key points of the report for us, and supplied us with helpful links and information related to some problems that he discovered. This was really helpful due to how busy we were at that period of time, and it made the next steps of our house move easier. Truly couldn't have asked for more, the whole experience really beat out my expectations.

The survey report was provided the same day and although detailed was easy to understand using the red, green and amber system. Matthew promptly answered any queries I had and in layman’s terms. A thorough survey with copious photographs and very quick turnaround - I had the report on the same day as the survey. Also a good price.

I was very impressed with Swift Home Surveys. Mathew did a very comprehensive Level 2 Home buyer report for us, complete with a host of useful photographs. It was very well priced compared to the other quotes we received, and undertaken very promptly.

Being a first time buyer, I don’t really have any experience in what to look out for. I spoke with Mathew and he walked me through the process and levels of what the survey offers. After the survey was completed, the report turn over was brilliant! Survey was done Monday morning & I had the report same day in the evening.

I obviously had some questions about the survey as again, no real experience and Mathew was really helpful in answering them and advising me next steps to take.

The service we received from Swift Home Surveys was excellent. As scheduled, Mathew surveyed a property for us on what turned out to be the hottest day on record. As promised, we received the report and a valuation the following day. The format was well presented and the content was detailed but easy to follow. It also included a large number of coloured photos to highlight the points mentioned. Mathew also
courteously answered my follow-up questions clearly a few days later. All-in-all, we are very happy with his service and would not hesitate to engage him again.
