Needed to sell my home fast as I needed to relocate for work. Had to take cut on what I would have got selling through Rightmove but it did complete in 2 weeks. I didn’t expect it to be so quick and simple

I sold a tenanted buytolet property that I was keen to offload and had spoken to a few cash buying companies beforehand, but their offers were unrealistically low. Jane at Swift stood out by providing a fair and reasonable offer, and they completed the purchase within four weeks. The fact that the tenant was in place wasn’t an issue at all, which made the process much easier. They also covered the legal fees, which was a great bonus.

Overall Im very happy with the service, my only reason for giving four stars instead of five is that completion took about a week longer than initially agreed. Aside from that it was an excellent experience

On contacting this company for advice and help as to the best way to sell my property with a sitting Tennant I spoke with Andrew (Andy).
Andy went though the different options that might suit myself and he was very clear and positive.
Unfortunately due to circumstances of my own it was not possible to go forward with him.
But I would like to thank Andy for all his time and patience and explanations.

Was a little skeptical at first, but credit where credit is due they agreed a price and a timescale and delivered - can’t say fairer than that.
