my glasses are beautiful. The prescription is perfect. I only have 1 slight complaint a d its nothing I cantblive with, the fit of the glasses is a bit bigger than others I have gotten and they have a habit of slipping down or falling off of I bend over or look down too much. But thats nothing a slight adjustment won fix. All in all I will without a doubt use them again

The worst customer service ever, ordered 2 pair then told one was discontinued so I picked another pair and sent messages to customer service with no response and still have not received my second pair which has been paid for. So upset bad service

⛔️DO NOT BUY!!! Ordered Lenses at FULL price over a month ago. Their system doesnt work, but says it is. They WILL NOT provide an oz. of customer service. 10 emails.... nothing except some lady named Carla the refuses to help and sends sarcastic, short responses. Left 3 regular voiemails folllowed by 10 or so hilarious ones..... NOTHING. Im not sure how they are still in business. Super RUDE. Ive been buying lenses here for a decade. Unless they can step it up, Im out! ✌🏼

Took 1 month and they shipped 1 pair of glasses at a time

Ordered my glasses on December 12It is January 6 right now and I still do not have them I feel this is quite a long time and I have ordered from many other online glass places and they were much faster

I have given reviews before with several businesses but this is the first time one has taken the time out to reach out to me and reply to one and I am very satisfied with the way things were handled the communication level until things were straightened out thank you Joseph @swifteyewear for your time and I am sorry that it had to come to a review in order to get things resolved again thank you so much I am very satisfied with my order thank you and Merry Christmas 🤗

Somehow the glasses that I Oder are stronger then the ones I have I put the right number but even then I can’t see with them

I ordered these in October 2019 and they emailed me in December for my PD I replied with the PD and heard nothing till this month. 8/2020 so I am happy to be getting them but disappointed it took close to a year.

I ordered my first pair of glasses on Aug. 4th and was told my glasses would arrive in7-10 days . I got an email 2 weeks later saying they didn't have the frame or color I wanted. I was offered another color from my original pick plus different yet similar frame. I went with it just because I really needed them ASAP...Not only did I not like the color but they fit too big and I don't think I messed up on the measurements I gave. Overall they are very cheap and can't really complain on the price. However, I wish I could have gotten the original glasses I picked as well as an on time delivery.Will not buying from here again.

I received my glasses in a just a few days of purchasing. They are actually better than I expected. The fit, look, style, and view of them are marvelous. I couldn't of asked for any better.
