Did not honor their money back…
Did not honor their money back guarantee. I ordered this product twice thinking I would give it an honest try and review. The second bottle was ordered after I finished the 1st bottle. After the second bottle was taken without results, I decided that this product
was not working for me. I requested a refund via their website. When I received the approval, they emailed the return label. Well I packaged the second bottle and dropped the package off at the Post Office within a timely matter. I have not heard a word from them nor have I received my refund. I sent 3 emails, but got no response. I will be reporting them to the BBB to file a complaint. The item was returned, it was timely and the tracking showed they received the item. Buyers BEWARE! The money back guarantee is listed on their website in plain view. I did my part. This is totally dishonest. I made sure I took photos of their website and the return package as my proof. I want my refund!!!
