Very bad sizing. 4x fit like a plain large and the sleeves were at least 6 inches too long. Took a long time …comes from China. Only a partial refund offered. Return strongly discouraged.

They’re a fake company using my pictures on their website . I have contacted them regarding intellectual property rights for my website and company Susie’s Boutique

I'd give ZERO stars if possible. First they overcharged me. I tried contacting them multiple times. 6 wks later I'm still wondering where my order is. When 2 of the 3 items did show up they looked nothing like the pic & the material was so cheap it reminded me of a Halloween costume. 3rd item never showed & I never got a response from my multiple email attempts. Had to go thru PayPal to get my $ back. Ridiculous..

2 items received very poor quality and fit, was told one dress would be delayed so asked for refund as didn't want due to the shocking quality of the two previous items, still not received the dress or the refund and thats from May!! ... nothing else to say but avoid at all costs, con artists .....edit! It's now Dec 2024 and I never did receive the dress or the refund

Very bad quality .
Impossible to return the unit and get refund. I opened a dispute 2 months ago ! Very bad customer service, and no respect of the return process they promise...

6/10/23 ordered 6 dresses
7/12/23 a package arrived with only 1 dress. The dress had differences from the photo regarding neckline and waistline which made it uncomfortably tight around the throat and unattractively saggy around the mid section. I contacted customer service the same day asking about the missing items.
7/14/23 customer service told me "We split your order in 3 packages The first package is still out of stock and will be delivered in about seven days. The second package was shipped out already."
7/26/23 a package arrived with one dress that looks nothing like anything I ordered or like anything else on their website and is a low quality ugly piece of fabric in the basic shape of a dress. I contacted customer service the same day asking to cancel the rest of the order and return the two items.
7/28/23 customer service told me "We checked this package still in transit and already exported out now." No response to my complaint about the poor quality item received, wrong item received, or my request to return them.
8/15/23 Third package arrived with yet another piece of low quality material that did not match anything in my order or even anything on their website. Contacted customer service the same day asking (again) for return instructions and a refund.
8/17/23 customer service requested photos. I provided them again (I had already done so).
8/22/23 customer service says "We have reported this to our suppliers, they are checking this problem now." And they offer me $30 to keep the garbage products. I repeat my request for return instructions and a full refund. I tell them they have 24 hours to provide these before I go to my credit card company for a resolution.
8/25/23 customer service says "You should send the parcel back if you want a full refund，also it will need about one month or more time for us to receive your return order. So we do not suggest that you do that. Sincerely hope for your understanding. Let us both make one step, you can tell us a refund amount, we will consider it based on reasonable circumstances." Since there are no return instructions or mailing label provided as I requested, I still have no way to send anything back. I reply again that a full refund is the only refund amount that is acceptable "based on reasonable circumstances."
8/26/23 I receive a third low-quality piece of fabric resembling a dress that does not correspond to anything in my order. I take the issue to my credit card company.

my dress arrived 5 weeks after ordering, the quality was very poor! I was told it would cost me lot to send it back to china, which was nonsense the shipping address on the parcel was in Germany.
I bought it via paypal and openend a ticket.
The company then mailed me several times, that I should close the ticket, otherwise they cannot refund.
Of course I did not do that!
Paypal refunded now, problem solved.

I ordered my daughter 100.00 worth of clothes. She never received any of it. They took my money and ran. Save yourself the hassle and don't order from this place.

It should be 0 . 1 star is to good for this company! Clothing is trash! First of all it took longer than expected then part of a set was unavailable but they ship the top anyway and only give me a refund for the pants and say they can't give a refund for top! Why tf would I want a top with no pants to match! Plus I ordered a dress from them at the same time as well. Horrible! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered and never received an item or Refund.Tried to contact and they say the site can no longer be reached. Scam and dishonest business. Very disappointed

I ordered (2) dress I saw only it took an extremely long time to receive the dresses, but worst of all once received it was nothing like the picture I saw. The quality of the material was very terrible the description stated the material was supposed to be denim. I contacted the company via email to request a refund on 6/15/23 and have been given the run around and finally on 7/2/2023 after (5) additional emails requesting a refund I was given and address in China to return the items for a refund. Needless to say, it will cost more money to send the dresses back than what I paid for them. This has been the worst experience I’ve encountered ordering anything online. I do NOT recommend anyone order from this company!!!! The advertising is misleading and the customer service is even worst!!!

Don't buy this place is a scam!!
I bought 2 dresses and after waiting past the stated time frame for shipping, I reached out. They never responded to my messages. I opened a dispute with PayPal which caused them to reach out. They promised to refund me but needed the dispute canceled. I canceled the dispute, and then they REFUSED to refund me. Thankfully I can reopen the dispute with PayPal and am currently awaiting for my refund feom the duspute.

Only received one of the two items that I ordered. VERY cheap material, and badly sewn. Waited over 9 weeks for one item to arrive. Any contact just said the items were on their way.

Im so disappointed with service. I was waiting a lot for my dress but i received it. The quality is very poor. I emailed customer service 3 times and response was automatic. I wanted to return item and I have no address where to return. First time I experience bad service and very bad quality of product. Never again and I would not advised to use this company.

I am a very dissatisfied customer! First, it took an unreasonable amount of time to receive my items. I placed 2 separate orders. The first order I only received 1 out of 2 dresses. The quality if the material was very poor! The description stated the material was supposed to be denim. What I received was equivalent to bathingsuit material! They refused to refund my money for what was already shipped. Very poor service! I would NOT recommend anyone to order from this company!!!! It's pure false advertising

I ordered a dress a month ago (May 12th) and still to this day (June 21st) I haven’t received not one confirmation on my order! I tried contacting customer service and they sent me a link that required me to pay by credit card to receive information on my order!😡. Never again,!

I ordered 4 products from this company. They only sent two. They refuse to send the other two. Basically stole $50 from me. Their items are cheap, which makes it appealing, but the two items I did receive also look very cheap. Do not waste your money. This is a fraud company. I ordered in April and today, June 21, 2023, they say they will not send my money back to me.

This company is a scam. Never got my dress I ordered and they never replied to any of my emails, I gave them plenty of time and multiple opportunities, eventually went to my card provider for a charge back.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM! I ordered 3 dresses from them, received none of them. They pulled the bait and switch and sent me an ugly top instead (which I never ordered). I emailed numerous times with no response. Finally got a response today telling me to keep the top (which is useless to me) and they'll give me a $10 refund, but still no dresses! The 3 dresses were over $100 US. Please do not buy anything from them.
