Same experience as everyone else dosnt work one wheel just keeps spinning no courier service will take it as has to be returned to the Netherlands one unhappy child

Do not use this company they will take ur money promise u a service then deliver the goods.they are crooks spent nearly 500.00 1 didn’t work from day one other two don’t charge after one month tried contacting over 4weeks just gave false hope first time . and never replied to rest of emails do not phone them as I did several times on hold for 35 min then line goes dead then get a phone bill for 70.00 additional pounds due to phoning this number as there number starts with 0333 avoid avoid avoid or you will be out of pocket and have some unhappy children not good especially on Xmas morning

I have purchased 2 from this company and suffered the same problems they worked for one month then wouldn’t charge, one wheel. It turning and they have ignored all emails and won’t answer any calls yet they are still selling. Shocking company. Do not use

I had a similar experience to everyone else. Bought the hoverboard for my son for Christmas. It went faulty after 1 month and I tried to make contact with this company. 3 x 45mins holding on the phone and several unanswered emails later I am now seeing if PayPal can help me.

Pity you can’t give minus stars there a complete waste of time bought one in January for my granddaughters birthday it won’t even charge up so got in touch with there customer support but not had a reply yet so trying to get my money back via PayPal, wish I had read these reviews first

Really bad company do not use they do not respond to emails or calls to a faulty product.

Like many others DO NOT buy from this company, by reading others we were lucky, the board worked for a month, now not charging and a wheel not turning. My first complaint was that the kart was missing from the delivery, I emailed and phoned many many times about this, no response. I have tried again now that the board is of no use.

It was my grandsons favourite Christmas present - now his biggest disappointment, and my constant fight for a refund. - Please do not get caught out. This company should be taken through the course for serious fraud.

I have experienced the same nightmare as all the below customers, i'm so upset and angry with myself for getting caught out by these con artists. I live in Ireland, so on top of the faulty, broken, wrong Hoverboard arriving, I spent another pile of cash getting it returned via UPS to get it back within the 2 weeks to stand a chance of getting the refund. Expecting the refund, I bought another hoverboard in Ireland for my sons Christmas present (a good one). Not only did I not get the refund, the orginal broken order was resent by them to Ireland, without my consent! I could have bought a cheap car with what i've spent!!
These people are despicable....

Having same problems. No customer service. Going through PayPal dispute. Don't go near this company.
In case anyone is interested the address they ordered faulty swegway to be returned to via yodel is: ONM trading, 3-5 London St, Leics, LE5 3RL, which is yet another address or trading name?

Bought 2 off these boards back in November. One the wrong colour and the other with a charger that doesn't fit. I opened up a dispute as i paid through PayPal. Had to send everything back and today after 2 months of the dispute I have received all my money back. So I can now finally get my children a safe hoverboard. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY FAKE

I ordered two of these for my sons Christmas presents hover boards with carts cost me £440. One of them is faulty so I sent it back and haven’t heard anything since. I’ve phoned them 20 odd times and sent them emails and no replies. I will have to replace the hover board and face that I’ve been scammed. I’m so out of pocket to these money grabbing people. I hope they get caught. I will be contacting watchdog. I hope others contact them too and hope we all get our money back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a hoverboard package - they did not send the correct charging cable so it cannot be used. Also the hoverboard does not fit the description on the instruction manual leading me to suspect it is a fake. Company not answering emails and their website is "Undergoing Maintenance". Hopefully these fraudsters will get their comeuppance.

Purchased black Rolab hoverboard on 26th nov £152.50 Black Friday deal, 2 days later opened to test as was a xmas present, box not sealed as if had been previously returned odd small scuff, but when tested it wasn’t letting you stand on it with out pressing it on then off ie faulty also no markings of what make it was , emailed and telephone calls made to return and spoke to a women she arranged collection from yodel and a refund would be made, I emailed a week later for missing refund to which they replied 7-10 working days, which took us to 21st Dec, lots of phone calls un answered, used my husbands phone and spoke to a man who said he would email authorisation code for bank ! The bank said we would never need or ask for that, the website is the 1st ad on google and has false trust pilot ratings of 5 star, I am so angry at myself as I would consider myself very cautious, but this company are lying and are con men !! I have received a missing refund from bank and now Visa are investigating, I have reported them to watchdog and Action Fraud and trade and standards please everyone do the same !!

I returned my swegway before even opening the box as had changed my mind. Returned in November, no contact, no refund so I had to raise a claim through Paypal, which I have just won ( 28th January). I am expecting a full refund through PayPal and hopefully they can take the matter further.

Absolutely appalling how genuine hard working people (and more importantly their children) are being robbed by FAKE, GREEDY, CON ARTISTS, that actually sell DANGEROUS goods.
Ordered a hoverboard and kart for Son's birthday (obviously didn't check the company out first...my big mistake). Charged the hoverboard up and it lasted 8mins...during which it threw my husband off....so DANGEROUS.
Contacted the company by email.Got no response. Contacted PayPal and will be returning the item to the 'registered address' to obtain a full refund.
So annoyed that we've been ripped off by this company. However I am FURIOUS this hoverboard could have have hurt my son. We were lucky but how many other people haven't been so lucky?
These people should be sued.
All I can say is KARMA...I really do believe in what goes around comes around.

Do not order from this company. Ordered to segways for Christmas with blue tooth. Received completely wrong order. They collected then had to chase to receive correct segways. This arrived a few days before Christmas. One of them blue tooth doesnt work the second throws you off so is dangerous.

We have sent more than 30 emails and made over 20 calls. ( you get cut off after 45 minutes) promised collection and refund none of which have happened.

Sent letter recorded delivery. Surprise, surprise it was refused. Apparently not known at address off their own website.

PLEASE, PLEASE CAN all others go to trading standards. This is a subsidiary of Techtoys Traders. Set up just in time for Christmas. Owner Mr Suraj Pandya. This company has to be stopped

Disgusted that they can treat adults like this but also Children as Christmas presents.

Just sent them to small claims court. Bought a Hoverboard for xmas which I returned. Now impossible to get hold of them. 45mins wait times on phone then it automatically hangs up on you. No response from e-mails. If they're reading this all I can say is that you can act all smug right now with everyone's money, but I WILL be getting my money back. Very doubtful this company will be around for much longer.

Sent two hover boards back for repair, haven't heard from them since. Can't get through on the phone. We have been robbed!

Please listen to the reviews below and do not buy from these people - they are crooks! Faulty hoverkart sent to us and no joy, despite many attempts, in contacting the company to get it sent back. AVOID!!
