High quality products, and great customer service.
It used to be such a good brand with such a great quality. I have had two jackets from sweet that have lashed for so long, and I have also had pants and helmets and bike clothing that I have been super happy with. But something has changed and the pants I pursued less than three years ago, the pro version that by that time was 7000 SEK, a sew between the legs broke. I definitely think that so expensive pants should last much longer. It’s the same price category as Norröna which has 7 years of warranty, sweet has 2 years… that says it all.. I have also heard other people complaining that the quality has started to run low. Such a shame since it used to be so good! But it’s not a brand for free riders anymore, maybe for mums drinking wine in the ski restaurant.
Update: Hi Sweet protection, thanks for your answer, I have already reached out to your customer service and I got the answer that I can fix it by the gore tex service center but that I have to fix it myself since the warranty is only 2 years. When I questioned the warranty time and compared it with Norröna and questioned that so expensive clothes break after less than 3 years I got the answer "Different brands and manufacturers operate with different conditions regarding warranty and claims on their products.
We have a complaint period of 2 years following the Consumer Purchase Act for clothing and shoes."

I ordered a white mips helmet & blue glasses. I was super excited but then when the order arrived I got the wrong order: black helmet & black glasses.
Contacted customer service and they don’t want to send me my correct order nor refund me.
If it was a faulty item I would understand but sending something I didn’t order and then not wanting to replace or refund me is ridiculously outrageous.
Company doesn’t own up to mistakes. Wouldn’t recommend.

So was a little sceptical in buying from a new company.
But Jesus, I was not let down, the Trooper 2Vi is an incredible helmet, looks great, fits perfectly and is very comfortable and boy oh boy does it look sweet.
Thank you for not letting me down in my choice to shop with you and turning around a recent experience with another competitor recently.
Nate.
